So, when I see an entry like this one, I can zone in on the sensory overload that I love in the Philippines. The air is filled with the sounds of two stroke motorcycle engines, the constant crows of roosters, and the punctuation of car and jeep horns. The fecund smell of the trees, wet soil, and perfume from the various fruits mix with exhaust to create a scent unlike no other. My senses crave these sounds and smells, so when I see you there, I put myself on a bike beside you two.
To be in the company of good friends and men of the same mind is something that breathes life into our souls. This will be an experience you can dive into, roll in it and get happily messy. There are so many things to learn when friends gather like this. What did you see and how will it change your perspective? How does the world seem just a bit more different?
PS.... your helmet wrapping job is an example of why our wives and female family members take the wrapping paper away from us at Christmas. You wrap stuff the way I do! Keep on keepin' on. Fantastic job on this one! Looking forward to what's coming next!
