It would be really good if you make a series about this. Invite someone from each of these professions who is experienced AND honest about the bad sides of their profession and also explains how to get into it. For example, I know dentists make a lot of money but I have heard they have a very high dissatisfaction rate. High levels of burnout. That’d be eye opening. More so than just talking about the money.

I'm currently working in an entry level job in software sales in London. Definitely a career that not many people (especially Muslims) know about. In the UK the guys doing the selling are typically on 90-140 and their bonus if they hit target matches their base, so you're looking at 180-280k total package. But sadly it's an industry that is massively underrepresented by any ethnic group, with most of the selling done over dinner or events and being surrounded by alcohol or people who are drunk. I'd love to see a Muslim smash this job and uphold their values in the same way khabib did for UFC! Insha allah one day! Great video @ifg. I'd love to get my kids into software engineering but teach them sales skills no matter what job they're doing!
Salaam I'm finishing sixth form this year and want to get into software sales, I had a sales job in a real estate agency in the summer, how can I get into the software sales rep positions?
@@hmmyes5256 wa alaycum Salam. I would recommend looking for a job called 'sales development representative or business development representative' ideally in a US based software company that's operating in the UK like Salesforce or Gong or Salesloft. At this stage it doesn't matter too much how good the company is, it's more about getting experience. Make plenty of dua, and you'll be fine Insha allah

Not sure I agree with you about Dentistry I know many who have left the profession due to stress due to the expected turnaround of patients in private clinics or being taken to court by patients. In fact it is the job with the 2nd highest suicide rate in the UK (after Medical Doctor)

I feel like some professions you didn’t mention that make a ton of money are hairdressers, barbers, makeup artists, photographers. Maybe not so ideal in the eyes of traditionalists but they make big money!
@@banandababa I am not very knowledgeable but in general from what I heard from many scholars barbers or hairdress can do haram things because the costumer can demand some haram haircuts, for woman as well also if she is showing her hair to the public. Makeup artists in general its haram to do makeup in front of non-mahram people so makeup artists just help in haram things if the person expose his makeup to the non-mahram. Photographers it depends of the nature of the jon and the place because you know its haram to modify the creation of allah by editing in the pictures or something similar to it and you are only allowed to draw non-living things .
