So many great Thrash bands from the 80's era and I always said Razor was in the conversation for the best Thrash band of all-time. Now, several years later, I realize that Razor is the definitive #1 in my opinion. Certainly it's close but definitive, no doubt. Mercyful Fate is #2 and iconic and legendary in their own right, much more than Razor. But Razor is better...the best...#1.

Sucker for Punishment is still one of the most brutal Thrash songs ever!! Razor was soooo ahead of the game, people were just awestruck my metallica still. Canadian or not, these guys fukin slayyyeeed.. Open Hostility, and Violent Restitution still on my top 10 trash metal list.

@@AlfredoZauberer I know what you mean. I got into RAZOR early teens and have been a fan ever since. Decades now have passed, trends come and go, and I still listen to RAZOR just as much if not more. The mere fact RAZOR are still around is something of a minor miracle. Dave's capability on guitar is inspiring to say the least, the natural ability this man possesses and the fact that even now half-blind. Dave doesn't give up. Dave instead has the fortitude and the conviction to get out there and KILL IT! every night. No quarter given. No sympathy expected. ' Die with your boots on ' mentality y'know? I admire Carlo a great deal -- more than most if I'm honest.🤘🤘
