    Great video! Did you use Flows to get each object to auto create the next stage (example: Once Lead is marked Complete, how did you get it to auto create an Account, Contact, and Opportunity?)

    How would you handle the situation where the lead doesn't qualify right now, but you have good reason to believe they will in future? It's not the time to create an opportunity in Salesforce, but nor do I just want to discard them. So, what *do* I do with them?

    It's not clear at all, how you decided whether your opportunity is converted or not without sending a quotation? What happens afterwards? From practical point of view this does not suit with a real process at all
