That quote is what I repeat to myself when I’m in a really bad place. Wow I never realized how motivational the Dark Knight trilogy was. I compare the feeling of being in a bad place to the pit that Bruce was in in The Dark Knight Rises. He tries and tries and finally gets out of the pit.

This trilogy is something I've ritually revisited annually for years now. That scene where Wayne makes the jump in particular, followed by the one where Ducard trains him, has been burnt into my subconscious so much that it remains my focus when I need to steel my resolve.
Having productive leisure time has worked wonders for me. Earlier I use to scroll social media without any aim but now I schedule what I am going to watch. It makes me feel more fulfilled and satisfied, which makes we more productive when I work on something meaningful. Thank you Captain.

This video is spot on. I treat myself like I'm a boss at a company and I'm that guy who doesn't try to work and I'm doing what I can to get the terrible employee (me) to work. Apparently, it works. I set little goals for my days and set personal rewards equivalent to the task. After reading a chapter, I get to play a game for an hour. I ace a test, I draw. For like 5 hours.
I don’t see it as contradictory. When he says “Make a schedule” he means compile everything you need to do and put times to it so you become as productive as possible. When he says “Don’t get stuck in a routine” I think he means don’t get stuck in cycles if they aren’t helping you to accomplish goals/better yourself; once a routine becomes harmful to your growth and/or wellbeing, it’s time to find something new.

Both this video and the 'Following Your Dreams Will Make You Miserable' are the most inspiring with a lot of real stuff mentioned in them. Getting somewhere and following a passion genuinely is difficult but it is more challenging to get back up when one falls down after a certain amount of success, significant achievements or pure progress. About a scheduel in particular, yes its a fantastic place to start. Most people would attempt something like a schedeul and be detoured by the difficulty of implementing it, but its more so to see what that chaos is actually asking you for, so that when your first plan fails you can adjust

I was always inspired by the trilogy but never really came across to actually reflecting on why I like it so much. I deeply admired Bruce Wayne even more than the character he played, Batman. But your video brings up all the insights and moments I had when I watched the movie. I loved how you have explained it all and the principles you have laid out for us. Thank you Captain!
