I am looking at purchasing equipment for a new restaurant concept.

Just got our used e4s yesterday, updated the firmware and working up recipes now.
Need to read up how to test the microwave and other parts just to be sure before deploying this to production.

I Don’t no if you saw it or not But you were missing 1 stirrer thats what was causing your arching. I honestly I think all you had to do was replace the stirrer. But I wasn’t there to see what was going on with it. But if it was arching its not a bad decision to replace the mags and waveguides anyways.
However its a good video. Thanks

I had removed that stirrer before I started filming.. Good eye though!

Very helpful. I need to replace the motor bearings on the main rear motor. Any idea how to removed the large rear panel that the motor attaches to? It seems necessary to remove it to then remove the motor.

How big does the debris need to be to cause the arcing, I'm having an issue with an e4s, all new parts on the one side, stirrer motor, wave guide are original, wave guide is a bit discolored inside but no debris. I've never had this issue before

Hey bud, sorry for the late response. I’m actually not sure how big the debris has to be. I have done this repair dozens of times. I will typically see a drop in amperage and hear an audible sizzle and popping when I energize the mag on that side. Similar to microwaving tin foil.. When in doubt, it’s best to just change everything-including waveguides, stirrers, etc… I hope that helps some. I’m assuming you have completed this job by now lol. Thanks for watching & commenting!

@JMF_Productions the weirdest thing man, I changed it all, same issue, swapped the mags side to side, it sizzles a bit then works fine. I have no idea still what was actually wrong. At least it works..
