You really need to learn about how IPPs have sovereign guarantee from different countries... other parties can't do anything but request IPPs to renegotiate .. They can't force them... That's what PTI govt. did & requested IPPs to fix dollar at 150 PKR ... Imagine the chaos if dollar was not fixed at 150 ... Currently, at around dollar @ 280+ right now.. people would have been on the streets due to more highest bills....
اس کا ایک اور حل بھی ہے اگر گورنمنٹ کرنا چاہے تو، جو ائ پی پیز بند پڑے رقم بٹور رہے ہیں ان کو چاہئے کہ ان کو کہیں ہمیں بجلی بنا کے دیں اور گورنمنٹ عوام کو بجلی سستی کر کے فراہم کرے تو عوام سولر سے ہٹ کر بجلی استعمال کرے گی اور بل کی مد میں ریونیو بھی زیادہ اکٹھا ہونے لگے گا یہ بہترین حل ہے ، وہ جو آئی پی پیز بند پڑے اپنے چارجز کا تقاضہ کرتے ہیں بجلی بنائیں گے لگ پتہ جائے گا اور وہی بجلی سستی کر کے عوام کو دے دیں اور جو سولر لگ گئے ہیں ان پہ تھوڑا بہت ٹیکس لگا کے بہترین نظام چل جائے گا ریونیو کا مسئلہ بھی حل ہو جائے گا، اگر یہ ایسے نہیں کریں گے تو پھر حکمران تیار رہیں عوام ان کا وہ حشر کرے گی جو سری لنکا کی عوام نے حکمرانوں کا کیا تھا اب حالات اسی طرف بڑھ رہے ہیں عوام اب اتنا ظلم نہیں سہہ سکے گی برداشت کی حد ہوتی ہے جو ختم ہو چکی ہے

Nothing can happen via courts... Only huge mass movement can change these bad policies.... Our Courts are also not that good... just study the Reko dik case... Due to our courts intervention.. Pakistan had to bear $5 billion fine... Which then PTI govt. renegotiated and it was waived off..
