I agree. I grew up in bucks county Pa and I remember literally hundreds of homes just like this. Many of them with old barns and extravagant English gardens. I could watch hours and hours of bucks county Pa homes
This modern castle is actually very classic and elegant! In addition, the colors are also very rich! When Ryan walked into the dining room, it seemed as if he had traveled back to ancient England! Watching this video is like watching a romantic love movie! Yes, Ryan is really suitable to be the leading actor in a love movie, I hope Hollywood will quickly find him to a movie! 👍🤩🙏
This house is HUGE, so it would be really hard to get into a lot of detail in 15 minutes' time. So we got the truncated version. I grew up near the Main Line, in my lovely, sleepy middle class suburb of Philly. There are quite a few fantastical, huge, old big houses in the Main Line! I couldn't understand how people afforded these houses, but I didn't understand the immense wealth of this area.. "The moniker “Main Line” refers to the Pennsylvania Railroad train line that was built in the area beginning around the 1850s. Originally, many of the small towns were founded by prominent Philadelphia families who built summer homes “away from the city” but who used the newly built railroad to travel back and forth." It's a very Interesting area & history.
This house is cool but my observation is how it is reviewed. I always enjoy watching Serhant tours. One thing I noticed is in earlier videos there were more explanation like details like styles of marble and how they are built to flow. Lately is regressed to stating the obvious "wow you can see out window to your pool or host a party..." Pretty much its the same lines but different house. I used to understand million dollar homes learning of architecture, designers, houses hidden gems, etc. Maybe that level of detail will return because that's what was separate from all others "come inside and see" house tours.
Serhant reaching into the Philly burbs very cool! Like stepping back in time but still with a modern twist. Love how all the bedrooms had their own themes. Certainly never seen a garden room before! Gorgeous property.
Again, Ryan's telling the story of what it's like to live in the space, painting the picture of the lifestyle. The others are just vapidly telling you what it is with empty clichés. That's why Ryan's the man.
Agree. Your thoughts are my thoughts too (although they were a bit nervous. Maybe not used to speaking whilst being filmed). The lady saying, "there is a fireplace, built in bar..."; you can SEE that. I have experience in school admissions and you don't say 'here is the school's dinning hall". You describe the attitude and the ethos. You explain how considerate and attentive the servers are; "they've worked here for years because they love what they do. They get to know the children and see them progress through the school." "We are a 'healthy eating' school and all food is prepared daily with a choice of healthy desserts and fresh fruit etc etc" [Miss that job. 😊]
I love this house's beauty, which is so worth the price. I would ask the owner for the option to keep everything except for their personal items .. walk in with a key and a suitcase.. lmao.wish they showed much more of the grounds. but still a great show Ryan.
Beautiful home. I would have liked to learn more as they were going through the rooms. The team doesn’t seem use to selling this caliber of home and only gave basic info.
Love the house. Over priced compared to a direct comp that is a nicer and larger house on more property. The comp has been on the market for a LONG time
WOW, WOW,WOW!!! This is a 1920’s beauty Colorful, fun, elegant, the staircases are amazing. Every room is very unique. The best part is color, color, color. I love color💛💗🤍💚❤️💜💙

I was friends with the owner of this houses daughter in highschool. Andrew barroway owner of Arizona coyotes. Let me personally tell you as someone who has been in this house. Its weird as heck. Such a weird layout. It does look better than when I was there. Seems to have had some renovation.
This home is very NOT modern. In shocked Ryan did this tour, in guessing they paid him a nice penny. For the size of the property every room seems small, and that's only magnified with the low ceilings. The guest house is nice. I have no idea why the other dude was with them in this video, he added nothing to this tour.
More tours like this please! Love seeing homes like this and not just New York and LA

The accuracy of this comment!👍
It’s possible they take a sort of backseat to let him be the personality

The house is gorgeous. Ryan looks stunning, as always.

Your photos on Zillow are spectacular...what a gorgeous property!
BRAVO!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
LOVE THE STAIRCASE
THE WHOLE CASTLE
IS INCREDIBLE GARDEN
ROOM TOO
Beautiful home. I would have liked to learn more as they were going through the rooms. The team doesn’t seem use to selling this caliber of home and only gave basic info.
I used to drive by this house when I worked in conshohocken. Those homes are big and gorgeous
Yeah. Lower Merion is incredible. Wooded and Hilly as well; with plenty of colonial stone mansions made from beautiful wissahickon schist.
This house is the perfect house for the new Resident Evil Game! Its more than scary 😂
Did not blow my mind but my kitsch detector.😮
Nice
Its gorgeous. The interior designer did a terrible job, they made it look hideous. Some of the lighting fixtures are too bulky as well
AMAZING Castle😍😍
Lol this house, I remember working on the hvac system in the house. The piping was pretty complicated.
Love the kitchen
Nicely done, Ryan! Seeing you collab with other agents to showcase listings is really cool. Need to try it myself
Yes , this is absolutely amazing 😍
Absolutely spectacular
this is definately mine either personal purchase or a gift adsolutely worth it saw this structure before had same thaughts
Like the guest house better than the main house.
Love the house. Over priced compared to a direct comp that is a nicer and larger house on more property. The comp has been on the market for a LONG time
The home truly does have potential. Is it a godfather? I also live in PA right now
Levi Bates, this is the first time I am saying hello to an Amish person. Hello, Levi Bates
@@newmankidman5763 I'm not Amish pal
@@levibates, okay but Levi is an Amish name, and you live in Pennsylvania
@Newman Kidman Very true, there are a LOT of Amish people in PA, and Levi is sometimes an Amish name
Very nice , fit for a king 👑 perhaps an ancestor of one 🤝
Now this is a beautiful house not like those NCY apartments
In Ryan’s tours when ever they have a kids room he just lights up 🤣💙🤣
I only count one actual personality amongst three people.
Nice Stonework. Good Job.
Love the colors 😮
You need a compass here 😱
Gosh beautiful home 🏡 😍
Beautiful but needs updating!!! Stuck in the 80s but definitely potential!!!
Nice presentation
So beautiful
beautiful house
“Modern” castle he said 😉
Beautiful house so invintg 🤗
Damn, you know inventory is running dry when Ryan has to start venturing into PA for RE opportunities 🤦♂️
Either that or PA has an untapped potential.
the decor of this house is just NO left at 2min.
Cool👍👍👍
go to kengsinton av. next week
He would definitely fit right in with them people, very high class area💪
I don't understand how people end up wasting tons of money traveling abroad and don't even know the place they live in..
Imma up coming realtor in Pa
Events there is sane🤨🤧
WOW, WOW,WOW!!!
This is a 1920’s beauty

Jane Roy is the woman I’ve been trading my coins with for the past few months I started with her last year
Gonna have to say it's the future and the way investment is the concept that separate the rich from the poor
Also I have experienced her great work
She's good and reliable
Did anyone of lose when tryna trade on your own
If your able and willing to come to Costa Rica 🇨🇷 Ryan , I will give you a tour of one of the most exclusive
A very niche home. Not modern at all but it seems homey for its size
What eagles player owns this?
A home that should be half the price, but interesting video.
Isn't that the house of Jordan Belfort in Wolf of Wall street?
Shoutout Marathon Mortgage

Apparently he was recently charged with strangling someone 🥴
Looks like Alvin Iverson crib

its ight
Beautiful house.. the interior design is UGLY tho🤣
omg she seems so uncomfortable with your casual banter "whoah, back lot!" her: service entrance.
Nice mansion. Overuse of the word castle needs to stop though.
Nice i would buy it cash but what about the new snake 🐍 they got overthre definitely some around so I pass
Thanks to Ryan for bringing life to this video. I've never observed more vapid, unemotional realtors than than those two.
PAAAA
More like a Manson.
Ryan, we need subs in spanish and other languages, please
not cheap because it's in philly, it's cheap because it needs a crap ton of updating. Stay in NY all you new yorkers
I live like 30 minutes from here 😂😂
PAPERWORK time
I love the outside of the house and the bones of the house but the decor is not at all inviting.. extremely dated
The house is beautiful but a bit tacky with the interior. With the right interior designer that place would be amazing

What do you think about North Cyprus?
Ngl this house looks atrocious I'm surprised it drew you in Ryan

The house is gaudy...not your style Ryan...something for old people waiting to die...!
Interior design gave me a panic attack, but otherwise fab
Love your new hairstyle 🔥
I offer 5 dollars, that’s it
This screams Russian. wish I could unsee it.
When theirs homes like these for around $10M, why would anyone pay the same for an apartment in NY? 😂
Gaudy
Terrible taste, but awesome execution.
Very... american
That kitchen is ugly. The rest of the house is amazing.
Eat the rich.
Yuk

DAMN RYAN ! * *
In a world of rising cost of food prices and housings this guy keeps featuring homes in the tens and hundreds of millions for the 1% is beyond cruel
I did not know the Amish were living this well
the main line suburbs of Philly is a seriously rich area of the country
@@kevinmerkle3093, yes, indeed
This house is cis on the outside but lgbtq on the inside.
What a crazy world we live in.
Who the hell needs this much space, only sad people in my opinion.
