That email link option, instead of code, can help big time when making an order form for customers to fill out

Very nice - Was looking to figure out how to do this in the a pre PDF generation file and voila, a plain image will do, add a hyperlink for example in LibreOffice, that is if you already have the button ID (a form for instance as shown in the paypal section of this video) you use just the button ID value and add a hyperlink to an image in your word processor formatting the string as given in the example here, simply replacing the last value in the string with your button ID value and presto you have a button for the PDF once you generate the PDF -Thanks for sharing your experience in the video above.

I realize this is an old video but this is an issue I'm currently having. While the solution above technically would solve everything, the problem is that to use those tools a subscription is now required for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Are you aware of any free software options that allow the same functionality?

You're right... they do have a subscription now. Sometimes the free tools put bad stuff on your computer. I'd rather pay somebody $5 on fiverr than risk it.

Thank you! Hyperlinks don't work for me when pasted direct into the PDF on Acrobat, but your method with the image DOES work!

Maybe just very outdated. Works if keeping the file as a word document, but saving as pdf and opening the pdf, doesn't work.
