      @@DawrinChawes I played RSL, it's such a shit game for how much they spend on ads. You literally have to pay for any type of progress. I was farming stages for champions in order to fuse them and beat like 1-5 stage. Which is literally the start. Takes forever and the drop rates are trash. Worst rpg mobile game I've played

      Ohhhh i remmeber my classmate doing that, because there is this individual english contest where you gotta stand on stage and introduce your character (any character from a classic story), he picked tom soyer, tom is known for being lazy so what he said on the stage was somewhat like this
      "Hi im tom soyer, im too lazy to continue so yeah bye"
      Its the second perfromance (performance after the official contest that is shown to public) anyway so it was let go off, but still, this is keeping to characater

    The reason that it worked is because Ludwig didn't make it feel like a corporation advertisement
    He didn't do an ad read with the classic "nordVPN keeps you safe from cyber attacks"
    Corporations could learn from what Ludwig did, making your advertisement sound less like an advertisement leads to more downloads
    People are more likely to download something when it sounds like a recommendation, not like an ad

      i agree, but it’s difficult for companies to do that. even if it’s a “recommendation” you’re still seeing that it’s straight from the company, so it’s not going to feel genuine. besides a perfectly crafted commercial, the only workaround to this is marketing tactics that are considered sleazy, such as planting fake customers

    Literally reminds me of a presentation I had to give in college, I had 2 months to do it and waiting until 10:30pm the night before I had to present it and started it, I went in the next morning with a halfass presentation and no plan, I just went “fuck it” and went up, showed my presentation and waffled for 25 minutes about random stuff I didn’t even research and at the end the lecturers were so happy with my work they said “well done, that was very good and we can tell that you put a lot of effort into this and definitely did your research” they weren’t even being sarcastic, I got one of the best results in the class lol

    When I got my GED, I was very tired on the day of my English test to the point where I was falling asleep and was half awake during that hour.     Speaking of that essay thing- I had to present s project in Friday but we didn't have enough time for everyone to present. I had done 2/10 slides and somehow I was not only the only person to not be able to present Friday but during the weekend I worked hard, presented on Monday- and ended up with an easy 100. The project had been given 2 months in advance and I did it in two days-
    Edit: For those thinking this was fake it was 5th grade so I was about 10/11. Back then it wasn't too difficult to get a 100 as long as you followed all the guidelines given. If I did that in high school I'd probably have only gotten a B since it would a much higher workload. Also it was 10 slides- which isn't that much work anyways.

      Well money makes the world go round. You say the word ‘abuse’ like it’s an unethical exploit. Advertising has existed for a very long time and there are many strict rules dictating the correct way to do it. Advertising is _the_ most reliable income for streamers.
      Subscription services on the other hand, need more rules. Especially when a company offers free trials hoping that people will forget about the direct debit they set up.
