Just bought my 2023 an took mine off, was pretty easy to slide out only because it’s brand new but it still had some packed in there
yes just check it periodically. I run mine out most of the time. Unless i trail somewhere i know fish dicks will be present
John was that chunks of rust stuck to the spark arrestor or something else?

DC that is muffler packing that gets embedded on the spark arrestor screen. It has to be cleared out every so often. I had quite a hard time getting it to slide out because of that.

Not with regular aggressive trail riding on 28" Blackwater Evos. But my CV joint failed on me when i was getting out of a super deep mud hole. Video is in my playlist, check it out.
This is off the subject of your post but on your machine you have a handlebar grab bar do you know the part number for that that’ll fit on those handlebars thanks

Did you get your quad motor back together !? Last video I seen you had it all apart
yes its been rebuilt now for months and runs great. The recent uploads are from a couple weeks after the rebuild.

Have you noticed if your atv runs cooler with the spark arrestor out? Just curious because if it runs cooler i might consider removing mine.
it runs the same coolant temp. No difference from what i notice on both my machines. As long as the spark arrestor is clear and not clogged with muffler fibers. Its doesnt affect flow.

Hard to hear. But it has a slightly deeper tone in person. Lots of people ask what kind of exhaust is that in my riding videos because it sound a little more ballys. I tell them the stock lol
Just be mindful if you ride In climates experiencing drought or elevated forest fire risks.
Absolutely, sparks can project out of the exhaust and start a fire if conditions are right.
