Got sick and tired of the excessive drone from the big gun exo when out trail riding, plowing & not being able to hear other riders speaking because i had to wear ear plugs when machine is running. The 2018 and up have the newer designed higher flowing stock exhaust. So removing the spark arrestor gives more bark. Much happier now.
The ODI Rogue are great but i have recent changed them to the ODI Vapor ones and i love them. Lots of cushion and still good firmness. Very comfortable if you do alot of ATVing. Thanks for watching!
What lift did you use for the 850? I have the same one and can't find one. They all say not for the arched rear arms. Also having a hard time finding wheel spacers. Thanks
@@JohnFrancoNH 2020 570, your link on Amazon looked like they work on 570’s so pulled the trigger on them. Thanks for heads up on wiring, will refer back when I get them 💪🏻 I love the plug and play wiring stuff. I added the KFI winch...perfect plug and play option using all factory ran wire.
You totally missed the most important part. The wiring. Defiantly a useless video. The air gune trick is something every should know. But still, red wire here, brown wire there. You missed all that bud
Omg dude just shut up and get to it! Wasted a half-hour with rambling about everything but adding the heaters. Save yourself time everyone and find another video
Nice video but you skipped over when you attached the heating element to the grips and the thumb warmer. Why would you leave that out in the video?
Just installed mine on my 2020 sportsman XP1000 eu version, great tutorial followed step by step. Nice content, you have to continue this way! Thanks
Glad it helped. Thanks for watching!
I just installed the odi vapor grips. I love them.
Nice man!
@@JohnFrancoNH you were right about them. There pretty sweet.
nice upgrades. ill be doing all these besides the lift kit, adds wear to the diffs and axles.
We used to spray the bar with hairspray to lube it to slide the grips on, then it dries and they don't move.
I just ordered my heated handle bar kit and new grips
Nice man. You will love them. Thanks for watching!
Muchas gracias Jhon muy bien explicado me serviría para mi profesión saludos cordiales de España
Just curious why did you put the OEM exhaust back on?

How are you enjoying the Rogue grips? Should I change or stick with Oem ones?

Where is the best place to ground the wires? Thanks
battery or bare chassis

Highlifter 2" lift. My wheel spacers will be going on ebay soon.
Anyone tried to wire the thumb and handguard heaters into the same switch?
Where you unplugged those square connectors do you plug them back in. I have a Highlifter I found those square connectors but they were plugged into
If those connectors are being used then you will just have to wire it up right to the battery terminals. Thanks for watching!
@@JohnFrancoNH thanks man figured out the dealer used it for that my wireless winch remote
What grab bar is in Handel bar ?
Thanks for watching!
John - do you have a link for the ODI Rogue grips? All I can find are the lock/clamp on ones which apparently won’t work.
Amazon links below the video. Thanks for watching!
Did this plug into factory ran wires? Also would it work with a sportsman 570? Thanks
Yes there are factory accessory power leads in and around the battery. Thanks for watching!
Well looks like I am buying those right now lol
@@ScottieBMan What year polaris? Should be orange wires with white stripe right upfront near the battery.

@@ScottieBMan Those are the polaris factory ones. Worst case just strip the wires and crimp on a ring terminal and go straight to the battery.
Thank you very helpful
Glad it helped
Not to knock you, but that insulation is useless when compressed like you did.
yes i know what you mean but it still does something

And thats what the instructions are for...
Your girlfriend? If she drives an 850, you need to put a ring on it.
Yes i already have LOL
Thank god you wore latex gloves…….. heaven forbid you get your hands dirty.
