i still remember picking up medic for the first time ever and going on one man killing sprees with that syringe gun, still have no idea how i managed that
i usually took the Overdose that is almost like the Syringe Gun, just with a speed buff, with the Quick Fix and or the ubersaw or the amputator, and you get a medic that can infiltrate enemy base, run trough the intelligence room, swoope the dozier, go upstairs, let hell and fire rain over them and use the Quickfix ubercharge to shrug it off like a morning dew and escape back to its base, while the enemie team is questioning the scout if he knew about that
I mean...The overdose is a good passive weapon if you have fully charged percent of your medigun and retreats the combat avoiding to get killed until your team respawns. That weapon has faster running speed depends what medigun's uber you have. Watch Zesty Jesus video about the Overdose weapon.
