When you have the right tools, the job is easy. Nice camera work, editing and music. Makes you feel like working in a scrap yard could be almost "fun".
BEAUTIFUL to watch. Absolutely beautiful. The machines work so quicky,ya know. Could be the same for an old steam locomotive. We could take one apart and use the metal for new things!
There's little to no profit in scrapping right now. $120.00 a ton is hardly worth the effort. Besides, why would any sane person scrap priceless/historical artifacts..? That's just plain stupid.
its painful to witness.. all these cn and cp cabooses are truly Canadian designs... built when the economy was robust .. part of our unique rr history... to me the cn cp vans were the best looking caboose in north America... incredible designs
@@hdtraincam The Angus and Pointe St Charles vans were the pinnacle of caboose technology. I can only imagine if they had survived in mainline use into the tablet age. There would be sat phones and internet link ups.
Very very nice! Now to see this machine make short work of scrapping a steam locomotive. I have participated in doing it & seen it done twice before. It is really something great to watch! Fun! Junk all the remaining steam locomotives! Cut them apart & melt them down.
***** The financially desperate do take the advice, quite seriously. There were some good people who took care of ATSF 2926 & removed 1 million dollars of equipment from the old relic. I tell you, the day is soon coming when more steam locomotives are going to get their parts removed for a little black market excitement! When market makes a call for collectible parts from various steam locomotives, the good citizens go out & "help" the steam locomotive with another step toward the junkyard. Junk all the remaining steam locomotives! Cut them apart & melt them down. Besides, it is fun for the WHOLE family, to watch the steam locomotive being destroyed & melting down!
***** People do! You just don't see them. When they hit the steam locomotives you know they have been there. ATSF 2926 is still a mystery how those parts went missing. But they did! I suppose you think the parts just up & walked away! School boy, you have a lot to learn. Sonny boy, go back & hang on to your mother;s apron strings!
Cockroach No I will likely make more movies, kill a few scouts in TF2, have cola, and never see a steam-killer. I have a lot to learn? I have a better education than **ahem** *YOU*.

I never realized how strong those machines are. The operator makes it look easy to throw that car around

How about we use these machines on your house? They smash the wall in, the roof falls, and the house crumbles. Very fun!
2716Kanawa Sounds like destructive fun! Let's do it! >:-3

Cockroach Then why does nobody talk about you or do things that perfectly match your plan?
