@JakeJacobMusic I was working in the medical sector during C19, and every doctor, nurse, specialist, medical technician, nurse practitioner, that I knew, were fully behind the jab, advised everyone to have the vaccination and even said it should be mandatory. I guess that Tice was advised by medical experts that the jab should be mandatory, and since he isn't a medically qualified expert, he isn't going to say "I know better than you" is he? Give the guy a chance, the alternative doesn't bare thinking about.

I am sure they could do some satellite surveillance if they really wanted to.
Failing that, they could use drones. My local water company used drones to look for people in their gardens using hosepipes during bans, I am sure the navy or the border forces could do the same for the sea. It must be easier to spot bunches of people in dinghies than a green hosepipe in a green garden.
