They were close. The HB fans appeared to push a bit more air, the GDSTime fans were a bit quieter.

Hey, I was wondering, what is that screen that you are using ? plus the skirt that goes with it ? I love it !

It's a Waveshare 2.8" DSI screen that I ordered off of Amazon. The front Stealth Skirt and display case are from Hartk's Waveshare 2.8 repo on Github, here:
