Another good (maybe the best) fact in this composition is the contribution given by labeque sisters, which probably are not so taken in account as i can see in many of the commentaries, the fact that thom has the privilige of playing and composing music with them, which represent a great part of classical music piano in france (the ones that know thom yorke and radiohead in general will recognise that they are very ralated with france since part of their discography was made there, so it seems some evident, in accordance to the price that thom has given to the sisters). on the other hand it´s also very important to realize that yorke just plays the synth here, Katia and Marielle uses piano (see description), instrument that can appear as the most dominant and omnipotent in these three parts, all this just lead me to think about thom´s gaiety in perfoming along side these great musicians whose ability makes possible the practice of this piece. It happened in a great place in Paris called Philarmonie around 2019, and the French papers talked a bit about that. They only mentioned one girl (here in the description they are 2). If I remember it's just a project with that one girl, and the performance was for the re-openning of the Philarmonie recently rebuilt, but not sure.
Might not have ever come across this piece or these pianists if it werent for this TY featuring channel, so thanks for that, Daniel. Beautiful performance

Totalmente de acuerdo. Es por eso que Radiohead es de las pocas bandas que han permanecido en el tiempo y que sigue evolucionando cada vez mejor.

Exogenesis Symphony, but instead of being about moving to other solar systems, it's about moving to a weird, abstract dimension. :D
dimensions are not abstract.......... they are just coordinates, numbers

There's some Pierre Boulez electronic string piece that sounds 'compositionally' similar too but I can't think of the name.
Un Tom York más experimental y como siempre enigmático. Genio!
He skipped out on getting inducted into the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame to work on this. Arguably, a better use of his time?

Wow with the LaBeque 's OMG how cool is this...

Life oftentimes has highs and lows. Dissonance and order. Great comparison!
Totally! Sometimes I think Rachmaninoff just wrote down his improvisations; this sounds like an improvisation in the same vein.
Great job Thom! It boggles my mind how difficult it must be to write something this long and melodically complex...and then record it!
i think this might not be written, just a live improv.
