Thanks for the reply. I just picked up one of these, and the players are so tight that putting them on the bases was very difficult. Do they eventually get loose over time or only if you take them off and put them back on the bases a lot?
Watch when the player to the left (who's who in this game?) scores the 1-4 goal at 1:44 and the entire (physical) goal comes off. That's a very powerful movement by the center forward and I'm sure it needs a little tapping on.the head afterwards. But as someone else wrote: it's also an obsessive behaviour among experienced players, who have played on many different games where it's sometimes necessary to constantly press down the players to get maximum performance.
Tapping the players is just really lame excuse to waste time and annoy opponent. It could easily be fixed in a second with a small piece of tape on the peg to add tightness and keep the player down.
I think he might be hiding what direction he is aiming his wrist in, as the opposing player could maybe decipher what he is going to do in order to score if he were to see his hand. Other than that I've got no idea.
what is this table called and how much is it price?...
Looks like a very entertaining game to play 😁
Why do they keep tapping the players? Do they fall off of their bases?
yea
