I usually do not post if I have to be negative but I am really searching for a master builder and day by day after my father's passing I have regrets that he did not build my home in Jamaica. I am almost embarrassed as he warned me about this. Where are the proper finishes? I am sick of seeing the outside of homes looking better than the inside. Some thing he had told me over 30 years ago. Please Jamaica do better. All the masters could not have passed and not shown their magic to the younger ones. Is there any builders from Mexico that can come to Jamaica to show them how to do proper interiors? This house is overpriced. I can't believe it has come to this......
Agree! There are good builders but most of these overpriced developments uses builders from China because they are cheaper but they do very shabby work, not saying these are the builders this particular developer uses, but it's common practice, I guess I'm venting a bit because my sister encountered such a builder/developer... My advice, vet very very very carefully any developer you are buying from
@@lc4181 Why am I not surprised as I noticed something as I passed alongside the northcoast and I had questions. Thanks for the heads up!! Be blessed!!!
@@lc4181 builders from where? I promise you that it is our same country men who built these!! let's not lie about what is happening. We have no care in our work
For 39MM that kitchen is lacking and what’s up with those baby appliances??? !!! Come on… also the living room is off because the TV wall makes no sense!! Floor plan gets a F for failure!!!
House in Jamaica do not come with appliances and that is actually the best laid out kitchen I've seen in a while because it has actual counter space and separated the kitchen even somewhat from the living room so everything going on in there is not affecting the ambience and neatness of the living room. Only too bad it's in the wrong parish lol.
39mm wow inside could be bigger the people who spend some money 💴 couldn’t put in nicer appliances, bathroom cheap ,everything in this expensive house is cheap
This home is very modern with clean lines. Love it. But why do Jamaicans like to block their windows with furniture? Why block out all this beautiful light? Nice showing though.
Thanks for sharing. I am sorry to say that I didn’t get a full sense of the layout in this video. The amenity shots were too fast and most of the shots were of your beautiful wife explaining. Also we saw a quick side view of the land space but none of the backyard. People tend to neglect featuring the outside layout of the properties in these videos. It’s important, especially for your overseas buyers. You also didn’t mention the lot size. Thank again for your time. It’s a lovely home from outside.
Don’t think it is a very good idea to show the perfect layout of someone’s home. Remember we have criminal seeking opportunities. We have to be careful what we put online. You could ask the company for a floor plan if needed. I am able to see the what this house have to offer.
@@nicholeknight9764 I appreciate your comment but that’s not where I am going with my comment. I think the Delpratt family understood exactly what I was trying to convey. For that I am grateful. The security component you’re referring to just miss the mark… the fact we have seen so much of the home and especially the location dispels your comment. Showcasing the backyard and mentioning the entire square footage is all I asked… those things are important to me. Also, viewing the layout of the property in video/person, from my experience, is much more valuable than the paper format.
@@MontegoBayTechTalk For me , no… hence my comment and you know what? They did other videos so thoroughly that I actually went by to see the place in person. To each his own… thanks for sharing your thoughts.
Nice home, my only draw back is that in the rooms all the bed shown are blocking the main window. Am from St. Best and it’s good to see how good the place building up!!!
I love your content, however, one recommendation is that the presenter can stay a bit in the background so we videographer can show the place in its entirety. We didn't really see the backyard and the right side of the property. Much appreciated though
Reasonably nice, there are countless design enhancement options for that space (internal and external) that would transform it into a space even the current owner may not perceive, so buyer's design options can elevate the value and do wonders. Personally with a white and black theme, they should have continued that concept on the pipes and fixtures, the contrast with the white would have better enhanced the decor and feel.
I would hope there will come a time when developers really stage the homes before doing promotional videos. It might be costly but how much have you spent so far. And a buyer may just buy the show home with all the "quality furniture" used in the staging. NuBld Homes.
I felt the kitchen lacked full potential, maybe it was just that the units looked very standard and the worktop was very plain, the cooker didn't fit the space too small and not in line with the same height of the counters, same goes for the fridge, why have such a large area for such a small fridge...but otherwise has potential to be a great home.
Love the modern design of these buildings and the modern features eg. Sensors, soft close drawers. The kitchen could have used a proper island, not sure what that thing on the wall is. The wash sink looks cheap for the price range. Don't like the brown floating vanity in bathroom (doesn't fit) and can the builders perhaps build bedrooms with a blank wall that allows buyers to place their beds sensibly without covering the window and blocking out the light.
I like how the house is nice and bright no brown cupboards in the kitchen but for a 39 million house the way how the living and dining room are designe is all rong I don't like a dining room in the hallway if you're going to spend that amount of money you need more living space
NOW THOSE HOSES HAVE A LITTLE STYLE , JAMAICAN BUILDERS NEED TO STEP THE STYLE THING , IN THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC THEY KNOW HOW TO BUILD , IF JAMAICANS PEOPLE WANT TO SEE BEAUTIFUL MODERNIST HOMES TAKE A TRIP , JAMAICA HOUSES NOT READY YET.
Absolute nonsense! They are building beautiful homes in Jamaica, apartment buildings and condos.. These homes can compete with homes in Florida and New York, any day.
Why do you and other people always have to compare Jamaica to other places. Every country have their own style and ways of doing things. Jamaica properties are solidly built for its climate. Kmt, some of you people never see nothing good in your own country.

Thanks for the house tour. It is nice that the house builders are putting modern touches in standard homes now.

I don’t think the floor plan was an actual one but based on the layout I believe.
For a house that size it should be a double car porch

I always wondered the same thing about blocking the windows.

I would prefer a open concept with stainless steel appliances with an island
It is open concept and the appliances are bought by the purchasers

lol, 39 mil eh. thank you for the vid guys. its for someone for sure.
