Only if the Traveler asked: "Who tf is Paimon?", Genshin Lore would be in shambles. Whether she has records on the Ley Lines or not, she is a hovering lore bomb.
Literally, Nahida is the best person to ask about anything regarding this floating creature that most people don’t seem to be curious about

@@EggiRoll I think Nahida has done a research on Paimon in secret, i mean it's literally a floating toddler, you would be insane if you're not curious about her. I'm guessing Nahida is not telling us because Paimon could possibly be a stronger or greater being.
@@ryenzo1436 Yeah i think nahida have an idea about who paimon is but i don't really detect any fear or something from nahida so maybe nahida deem paimon not as dangerous individual.
there's also interesting conversation between nahida&paimon on the way to irminsul, when nahida explained that it's contaminated by forbidden knowledge and paimon getting scared by it, nahida said
something like "I don't think "YOU" need to worry about that" to paimon and it's true that only traveller that got slightly uncomfortable while paimon not feeling anything.
Finally an archon who answered our question instead of puzzles.

One sentence from Nahida alone is much more useful than the previous 3 archons combined ffs. Should've gone to Sumeru first instead of Liyue, imagine how much progress we would've had by now. Instead we went to Liyue and Inazuma and became everyone's errand boy.

I think their memory is fine. I think the timeline replacement theory was true . After Lumine came timeline was switched so somehow Lumine belonged to this world.

This is easily the best archon quest of the lot (3.0 to 3.2) and Nahida is the best archon too. Was there to help us in the boss fight and actually gave us information about our sibling
Finally an acrhon that actually helped us get info about the sibling and not just "Thank you traveller for your help in saving my nation uhhhh... your sister..... ? Go ask the next archon😅"

Unless Lumine died and was recreated using the art of Khemia in Khaenri'ah. Or lumine is still imprisoned and was somehow "duplicated" and the duplicate became the head of the Abyss Order...?
Which calls into question the Teyvat Travail, where Dainsleif says "prove you are more worthy than I to rescue her," or something like that - presumably he's talking about Lumine. So is Lumine, the real Lumine still in a prison forged by the Unknown God..???
So many questions.
Or what if lunine is potentially a clone of the traveler,who was Made while he was still unconscious and that's why she's not a descender because she was created in khaenriah

@@christianpacheco1727 but what about when it’s the other way around, if Lumine is the traveler and Aether is the abyss twin it wouldn’t make sense because both of them are considered decenders as the mc, and it’s been confirmed by mihoyo that they are both the mc so aether being the cannon mc won’t work as a reason either.
So the sibling start before us. And we are the 4th descender (Teyvat outlanders).
1st descender is Celestia (maybe).
The thing is, according to Paimon when she tried to understand what Nahida said, the abyss sibling is not one of the Descenders, because as Nahida stated, their are records of her within Irminsols memories, as if she belonged in Teyvat

So my theory is..... That the Sibling that appeared in khaenriah is just a clone of the sibling and the real one is somewhere else trapped probably with the heavenly principles. Also this confirms that durin and albedo are descended, making it true that clones do indeed have memory information in irminsul. So from this what if the sibling we see in the 1.4 quest is just a clone (who is getting fed info that dainsleif is her enemy whereas the original one is not even there).
The clone theory is further cemented by the fact that albedo was made to be the mcs clone but turned out way different;y.
Imo this theory has a 25% chance of being correct (which should be pretty high considering the vast amount of options)

No, neither Durin nor Albedo are decenders. They were both made in Teyvat
If someone is able to erase parts of the records, then someone could add them too. What if the sibling is the one tampering it, somehow adding records of their journey into the Irminsul because they know that one day, the traveler will ask Nahida about it, but they didn't add what happened at the end of their journey to avoid giving their sibling some spoilers.

Since traveller forgot their memory and ALL they could remember is the sustainer of heavenly principles (first descendant) obscuring their way.. it is POSSIBLE that traveler mistook the twin as their actual brother
I think you misunderstood, the sustainer of the heavenly principles is not the first descendant, the first descendant was the Heavenly Principles himself as Nahida says,(probably the one who created these principles), the sustainer of the heavenly principles is normally the one who supports him or her or rather a helper.
That sibling that goes with the abyss is a clone, she is even hidding a part of her neck, she is a creation like albedo and so maybe albedo is a clone of gold. Maybe these clones have the memory of the real ones, that is why albedo knows so much about alchemy.
It was very anticlimatic that the point of the game was to find MC's but already happened in patch 1.4, but now that could be not true.
@Nqnix_ Both character have a long scarf that hides part of their neck. But I don't find that to be enough reason to assume they're a clone. Primarily because Nahida said "Our sister is not a descender" because the *Fatui has no records of her.* If Lumine is a clone, what is she a clone of?
I think the first descender probably trapped one sibling and other one she choose as the descender. We literally see them together and traveler also says they are siblings there's no way the abyss sibling hails from Teyvat
Also if you are Lumine, she says the same thing about her brother being from this world.
Which means both siblings are descendants but something happened.

Nahida definitely, Tsaritsa would make a lot of sense if the traveler ends up realizing her side of the story or getting some sort of memory from her, but even though venti's helped us, and is a powerful archon, he's also mischievous, and immature. i would most likely see it being nahida, the hydro archon (based on leaks) and Tsaritsa

The first descender is The Primodial One and the second descender is The Second Who Came, as for the third they may have a relation with how The Abyss came to existence
If the abyss sibling woke up 500 years before the traveler then there is no way they were in the same place when they arrived. Either they landed in different places and the traveler just slept for 500 years or they were sent to different times. The abyss siblings being the fall of Kahnria and the travelers being now.
Another crazy lore is coming and I can't wait what's going to happen

This Archon Quest opens so many lore possibilities and theories, especially the lore on the traveler and their sibling.
- Are they really siblings in the first place?
- Is our sibling dead and was cloned as a native to Teyvat?
- Is our sibling secretly the main villain who is tampering with our memory to gain our otherworldly powers?
- Are the siblings actually from Teyvat?
- Is the sustainer's decision on seperating the siblings the right decision? I mean couldn't she just kick us out of Teyvat or sth, why does she choose separate us instead?
Aether definitely isn't from Teyvat, since he remembers what happened to the previous Archon. Her existence being erased affects everyone from Teyvat.
I think it's like this Lumine took a citizenship while Aether is just a foreigner with expired Visa.
That was a lot of lore to impact.

Hot take, Paimon is reborn form of Istaroth similar situation as Kusanali and Rukkhadevata. Thus fooling Irminsul into thinking she is part of Teyvat.
First Descender the 'Heavenly Principles' would be the 'Second Who Came' who began war against the original first deity the Primordial One. (Enkanomiya lore)
^ Important distinction because assuming Celestia answers to the Second Who Came and intentionally censored all information about the Primordial One.
Therefore fooling everyone into thinking they were the OG deities of Teyvat.
Both nahida and rukkhadevata have the same demon name (buer) if paimon was istaroth her name would be Istaroth

Hm. Here's a fun little theory. Well almost a fact. If our sibling actually did go through the 7 regions of tevyat like us, the archons HAVE to know them. It is.. Definitely weird that the others are hiding this information from us. They know something we don't. Kusanali is just a reborn and she has lost her previous knowledge, so she decided to tell us some information she could find. Rukkhadevata must know about our sibling more.. Well.. Maybe. Maybe the archons have had a bad past with them? Who knows.

I am starting to think that Traveler never had a sibling, and her/his memory was tampered by Sustainer of Heavenly Principles into thinking so
Abyss "sibling" could be just an evil clone made by Sustainer
But both siblings would be considered as decenders if you have them as a mc, and both have been considers as a cannon mc, this would have worked if only one of them was the mc.

Now I just had another theory. Alice is one of the descenders! It actually makes so much sense! Since throughout the story so far Alice is known to create items from another world, meaning her inspirations comes from her experience in another world. Also Alice has one similarity with traveler which is she likes to travel and has longevity. Since their are four descenders not including our other sibling. Could also mean we would meet them in the future as if the similarity is one thing about the descenders would mean they would have enough live span to survive till now.
My other theory from this is that One of the descender is currently a fatui harbinger. Since the fatui supposedly named four. meaning they are aware of their existence. So it wouldn’t be surprising that one of the four descenders is currently on their side. A powerful asset as a Fatui Harbinger that we have to face in the future.
The alice theory is a bit out there since we don’t know her origins, we know she can go to other worlds but that doesn’t mean she isn’t from teyvat, it just means she can go experience other worlds, the fatui thing is also a bit out there, but I think fatui one might actually be more likely to happen, apparently there’s a fatui harbinger that hasn’t been revealed, that most likely being the 10th.

Paimon most likely is from Celestia. If you look closely at her outfit you will see that her arms and legs look like they're pillars and also that black cloak thing that she wears around her neck.

The Sustainer is a single being, the Heavenly Principles is the entity in general. Basically Celestia, but we don't know how many beings Celestia is made of.

Aloy was introduced by Alice (who taught Teyvat many outlander concepts like idols to Barbara and light novels to Yae Miko), so Aloy is part of the lore, just not the main one.
Besides, no one said there are only 4 outlanders, Nahida just said the Traveller is the 4th.
It was mentioned in-game that Aloy arrived after the Traveller.

Either our sibling is a clone of our real sibling who has been captured and the one with records is the clone , or we are the clone of our sibling with fake memories implanted in us , maybe our sibling made a clone of themselves of the opposite gender because she was restricted in the things they could do so they just put their hopes onto us
Us being the clone somehow makes more sense to me cause players are playing as travelers/that is they don't have any fixed personality

Oh yeah genshin smells like a multiverse now. Now I'm genuinely think that honkai story and genshin story will merge in a big story and canon Collab.
Always been a multiverse story. The travelers are beings from another "reality" (in this case, they use the word "from across the stars").
If this information is to be believed, the Twins have been traveling across the multiverse, being silent observers of many worlds. It just so happens that on Teyvat, they attracted the attention of the Sustainer of Heavenly Principles.
If you pay especially close attention, there's already multiple clues that Genshin is merely another branch of reality in the Imaginary Tree.

Paimon memories of Greater Lord were erased. She's from Teyvat.
1st Descendant was Phanes/Primordial One, an entity just like the Traveler supposedly.
2nd was Celestia/Asmoday/Heavenly Principles.
These two are confirmed in Enkanomiya by the book "Sun and Moon" as Celestia a floating island/city was described as arriving AFTER the creator of Teyvat.
3rd is unknown as of yet but there are already fan theory suspicions on them and 4th is the Player.
So we know the 3 descenders
Traveller
Heavenly principles
And
Zhongli

The theory about Paimon is the unknown god has been debunked
Since paimon also forgot about rukkhadevata, we can say paimon is originaly from teyvat, while nahida said that unknown god is the first descender
This is a big whiff of copium from me but i hope one of the descenders is Himeko, we already know the Pyro Archon is named Murata
Maybe the sibling tricked the traveller to come to Tevyat
so could this mean that 1st descender is Celestia, 2nd descender is Fischl (she mentioned that she's from another world, Honkai?), 3rd descender is Aloy (not sure though) and we're the 4th descender?

Fischl is not a descender, she just a cosplayer. She's not even from Honkai either. Her real name Amy, but she's fascinated by the book he read when she was a child named Princess Fischl, she's about to give up her dream and grow up, until suddenly she's got her Vision and Oz.

lol i have this theory. Yknow the start of journey or trip the siblings they passed the Heavinly principle right and like the unknown god seperate the siblings. Lumine was taken from the unknown god and traveler was finding him right?. well i think lumine got time travel or rather think she go to past cause The heavinly principle take her and let her go to the past and now there was lumine in Khaenria'h and see the Disaster or war happen on khaenria'h or so what that's why like she's fron that world and became the princess of abbys cause she want's revenge
