Main goal of these video concept ideas:
My main goal for these kind of videos is to be as creative as possible!
Let me explain:
Firstly, my very first channel Mixeli (But also my latest one Volipok) post tons of Gameplays from Every Generation (Which once again was played and recorded by myself in it's entirety. It took me many years of works.)
My video have Educational Value and let me explain why: It does provide help to the user who watch the video. One of the few example for that is which musics is played from my gameplays. It could easily be found on video cards (The exclamation mark "!" you see on the video above at the right) and vice versa. (This mean that on this video for example, you could also find my actual battle gameplays of where this music is played)
Secondly, My video are transformative enough, I took the time to play the game and recording the musics. I took the time to improve it's original quality using Vegas Pro. Thanks to a program called "Track EQ" that you can find on Vegas Pro.
This program allow the user to enhance it's original quality and further improving it. This need concentration as each version has different audio quality.
Thirdly and as you have noticed: On each Generation, I use different background that I bought on a website called Shutterstock. (Which I have bought at least 336 pictures background, just so I can become as creative as possible and also work on a lot of different style using those background)
This kind of concept was created by myself since 2011. Today it has become one of the main concept of my channel that I personally created.
Lastly is to bring the community together. I have noticed that so many people are commenting and giving their opinions on the video, sharing their experience about characters from the game, confirming theory, saying funny stuff and I find this extremely amazing and interesting! I don't want their comment to be unnoticed so I have plan for the future of my content about commenting and sharing their experience on videos that I will produce one day!

@@joshen8915 My guess is, the idea of the “type specific” gyms were first put into place so kids could learn about type advantages and disadvantages for when they play against friends, etc and it just kind of stuck as tradition. I didn’t play the generation with “quests” or whatever it’s called.

@@WednesdayMan they basically removed all the floors of Team Rocket invaded buildings (Mt. Moon, Game Corner, Pokemon Tower and Silph Co.) as well as big areas (Safari Zone, Cerulean Cave, Seafoam Islands and the whole Cinnabar Island). Back then I was like "Hey why is this thing different?" or "Why can't I go further than the 1st floor?" but I realised why years later

My mind was blown when I found out Kanto was (mostly) in Gen 2. I went right to Vermilion's gym and Lt. Surge looked x2 more badass with shades on and this theme played lol, got me hyped up for going through Kanto. I remember being excited to see who Fuchsia's gym leader was since Koga was in the E4. Also thought it was really cool "Gary" replaced Giovanni and Cinnibar exploded to Blaine literally just used a cave on the Seafoam Islands as a gym.
when I first played GSC after finishing RB and Y, I remember going to fuschia's gym, seeing Janine , and then being like "Who the F are you?" because I had forgotten that Koga was an elite 4 member. One of my better memories.

@mega stryke Gameplay No shit Sherlock, but this particular song is what happens when you use an item in Heartgold and Soulsilver called the GB Sounds, it arranges all the music into Gameboy Music instead, which is a tiny bit different than the originals thanks to newer hardware, I'm a music producer for fucks sake, I know the fucking difference.

Believe me, I'm fully aware it will never come to Xbox or PS4, nor do I desire it to, I like it on Nintendo consoles. However it's misleading to say that Gamefreak or Pokemon Company is owned by Nintendo. Nintendo has a partial stake in Pokemon company, and the two companies have very close ties due to contracts and past history. However Nintendo does not directly own Pokemon company.
I've had pokemon crystal since I was like 7, but can't say I got past ecruteak city. When I was older and better at pokemon, I made my way past the elite four and into Kanto. This song blew my fucking mind, I wasn't prepared for a remix of the R/B/Y theme

It was mine too. It made me love battling the Kanto leaders in these sequels.
I loved this theme so much, I would just show up and challenge the gym leader, but not fight for like 20 minutes just to listen to the music.
Playing Pokemon Silver on my phone in 2020 to understand what the hype was with all the 1990s games, and when I heard this theme, I finally understood why everyone loved it. I always hummed this unconsciously.

What made Psychic types so good was that every "good" Bug type didn't have good bug moves (if any)
Also, only the Gengar line and Misdreavus.
Gengar was weak to psychic and Misdreavus was trash.

Scyther got a Fury Cutter in Gen II, but... It's Fury Cutter... So...
@@Oscarus4250 the best bug type on Gen 2 was Heracross. If had STAB Megahorn which teared through anything. It's biggest threat was Skarmory with it's quad resistance to bug.
But Heracross was literally the only good bug type in gen 2.
The absolute perfect blend of old school and new school Kanto.
I'm sure I'm not the only one who loves that bit at the start. Favorite kanto leader... probally blue as honestly all the others don't really stand out as much compared to their original appearance.

Only Level 50? I do agree when you arrive in Kanto, my team was mid-40's. But after I finished all of Kanto, it was high 60's with some hitting Level 70

when I completed kanto my Pokémon were at level 90 v:
all my pokemon were over level 90 when i finished kanto

The Gen 2 boss battle themes are all 'ooh, this is a tough fight' - This theme however.. it's more like a tense version of the normal Trainer Battle theme.

This in my opinion is still the best gym theme we have ever had.
Janine deserved such a buff in levels. I liked the Kanto gym leaders teams in Gold Silver Crystal but the levels were too low

I feel like this is one of my most favorite gameboy, or 8 bit type of song of all time. Pokémon has a lot of great music, but before it changed over to a different type, this is just unreal of a song.

It’s such a shame that it took the masterpieces of HeartGold and SoulSilver for those to realize that this is such a musically gorgeous piece. I remember getting Silver, and listening to this track was so fucking intense. Despite HGSS’s soundtrack, the 16-bit player threw me back

Ah the days when game freak thought pokemon was going to be a thing of the past and fall out of style so they went out to give gamers a wholesome and memorable gaming experience. Not again though Pokémon might out live me lol so now they don't try as hard as before. This is why gold and silver still stands as the greatest games out of the entire franchise

my battle against Sabrina was a stalemate between an Umbreon and her Alakazam. She would use Recover, I would use Faint Attack. And this repeated until I got lucky with a crit from Return. Then the exact same thing happened with Blue.
Umbreon is the best Pokemon to ever exist. Plus it's the only Dark type that you can use in the main story in gen 2
It's the best, until you remember that it's weak to Caterpie. Plus that whole Stalemate thing.

I unfortunately lost my Gold down the couch before I got this far, so I never heard this theme. pleasantly surprised to see it's kinda a RBY remix, which makes sense since it's the same leaders.

Rby gsc is the perfect cast of pokemon. Imo they need to make more games calling back to the original lovers of pokemon, those of us who grew up with the phenomenon in the 90's. Those of us who went to Dollar Tree to find the $1 packs of the Fossil Set, who collected Pokemon marbles and Burger King gold cards, who went to the first movie and received Ancient Mew. Who played Pokemon Stadium, Pokemon Snap, and Hey You Pikachu. This sounds harsh but i don't really consider Gen 4 and beyond "true pokemon", and i nearly axed Gen 3 as well. But Gen 3 is the gateway into the rest of the pokemon world we have today, so it is what it is. But the magic really resides in the first two gen if you want my real opinion.
I fought Janine with an unhealthy team because I thought the real Janine was the next trainer. Oopsie
