Although I've been told that someone who does not have a bachelor's degree in social work might have a tough time finding work. I have a bachelor's degree in business administration. Hi Jennifer, thanks for reaching out with your question. Switching careers can be a lot of work anywhere in the world, not only in Canada. But that said, it is very doable. I recommend you find some training programs to attend in the line of social work, and make connections in those areas too. You can even find a volunteer job inbetween.
