How To Make Automatic On/ Off Street Light With 230v AC (English Subtitle)

Hi friends, while you are walking on street at night, you can see some light on the street. Again when you walk on same street at day time, you might see those lights are off. Now you can think, how is this possible. This is absolutely possible & you also can make this circuit at home easily. To make this circuit you need some electronics component. That component list have to been given below.
Component List :
1. Triac - BT 136
2. LDR
3. Resistor - 220 k ohm
4. Holder
5. Bulb
6. AC Current
7. Heat Sink
8. Connection Wire
9. Copper Paper

Then you need to remove the BT136 from the circuit! Tested in 9 Volt environment with a different resistor, so it will work for 220 V as well.

I tried with same components as you showed and 100w bulb but the bulb is flickering too much and the ldr need too much light to switch it off. Please refine your circuit.

The red wire hooks to the tab of the triac. The tab has no connection to any of the 3 leads of the triac because the tab is isolated from any of the 3 leads out of the triac.The tab serves. to dissipate heat ONLY.
