Fergie even saw phone addiction as a problem back then and was compassionate enough to call it a disease.
I remember my mate had this on video when we were kids and we watched it tonnes. Between us we had all the video magazine vhs as well and they got worn out so I bought them again off ebay a few years ago. Too classic and too good a time to not be able to see.

The way Fergie recruited, that is how Ole needs to replicate..
I think Ole can do it with continued backing. His principles are the same and now we are starting to see a little bit of his style of football with his own players coming in. Youth and development and then the addition of the x factor players like Bruno as well. I won't lie, I was sat in the South Stand the day he was given the job full time thinking this is a mistake and I have thought that many times since, but he really seems to be grabbing the club by the scruff of the neck and hopefully we see that Manchester United gets built into what it should be. It just takes more time than nowadays we are willing to give as we want the success of old too quickly. Especially with City and Liverpool doing what they are doing. It was always going to take more time than wanted it to, but I think the baby steps are there to building a really great side and sustaining it for year upon year. We just need to keep in the top four or win the Europa League each year to stay in the Champions League at the very least during the rebuild and then think about winning the league when the pieces are in place. Keep Ed to make money but get someone else to run the club surely?
Olly has a great team around him and I’m convinced he will deliver the league title in the future his signings have been quality and improved the team and squad and the results before Covid 19 were there for all to see consistency and stability building slowly brings success,the youth players being gradually blended with experience👌
