That's exactly how I felt a couple years ago. To anyone feeling the same I'd say: Don't try to learn too many fundamentals before you make something that makes sound. Choose analog, choose digital, make a plugin, no one really cares. Choose what fits you, join an online community with people like you and learn one step at a time.
@@BodySynths I have an idea of what I want to do. It might even try it in VR but it's not easy. It's been in my head for a long time now.....anyway thanks for replying
This is something I will be ordering for sure. I didn't get along with the Edge/DFAM all the time, but I loved the sound. This looks like it will scratch that itch.
The name "metal fetishist" sounds a lot like Tetsuo - The Iron Man and the main character. Rad soundtrack by Der Eisenrost/Chu Ishikawa. I wonder if it's a direct inspiration. Bonus points for being a noise/percussion machine, I love the sound
@@BodySynths I named my first band Body Hammer in reference to the second film. It's amazing to see a synth inspired by that sound world. Tetsuo is still criminally underrated, imho.
Came across this lovely piece of gear by accident a few months ago and this seemed so much fun! I'm really glad it's finally becoming available. It's been a long wait, and I hope my preorder makes the first batch 😅( You're gonna need to make a bit more than just the hundred pieces I'm sure! 🤘)
Makes me wonder if there will be a euro version eventually. I'm okay with it either way. As someone with a lot of euro, it's be nice to have it integrated, but I like that this can run on it's own.
Thanks for swinging by and checking it out ❤
Best thing at the show for me!
Wow. Killer demo right off the bat. Speaks for itself really!
When I see things like this it makes me want to become a synth designer. There are so many cool people doing little projects
Get a soldering iron, make something simple (a kit?), and take it from there. I think that's pretty much what most folk did. Good luck!

What an amazing machine!
Lots of synths for EDM, but here's one for EBM!

I am glad you like it! And yes that's where the name comes from.
@@BodySynths And I guess the name "BodySynths" was inspired by Tetsuo 2...

Now name the next synth RoboGeisha please!

Sounds so disgusting I want 10
DFAM vibes. Very nice. He should have made it Euro-rackable though.
