Thank you for this detailed instructions. I was wondering why you don't make the pleats on the half width the same size as the pleats on the full width and just cut off a little more from the half width? Meaning make all pleats 5 7/8"?
This is the way I learned years ago at a drapery school. It's better to cut off as little fabric as possible to make a fuller drapery.
I like your instruction very much. Do people still use pinch pleated drapes?
