Do you think it's possible to make a version from this assets with several height levels and several water chanals and probably waterfalls? I was a fan of an older Unity Steampunk Asset: Industrial District (Sandro T) which unfortunately was removed from market before I decided to buy it. But you can still find Screenshots from the Demo Map on Google Images.
Take a look at the paintings that Gérard Trignac made. They're incredibly interesting dystopian-like architecture paintings and with a light twist could be used to inspire that kind of multi-level architecture you're wanting to see :)))
Have you thought any more about doing a series on how you create your maps like what people want instead of speed level designs that no one learns from? Like I said to you before you have to record it anyway... You will get more subscribers.
UE4 requires you to learn C++. Unity requires you to learn C#. Godot requires you to learn C++ (but the Godot scripting language is so good you don't need to). I hope this helped. There is no way to do C# in Unreal Engine.
