I lived around the corner from the last one (with all the safes) for 15 years, Only moved last year, real criminal neighborhood, but I guess you already know that haha. Ramon is really strong pulling all those things out by himself! I never hear him ask for help or anything! Keep up the magnet fishing guys! Maybe Ramon and Dennis can come fish where you live?
To clean your finds try something that I have done. Clean your find in water to get all the mud off and drop it into a container filled with cider vinegar. After a couple of days, depending how crusty it is, pull your find out and wash it again with water and dry it right away with a hair dryer to stop flash rusting. Wipe it down with a light oil to protect it. It works great and really cleans the rust off well. The metal comes out with a soft gray color. Best part it's natural with no chemicals to worry about!

If you tie knots every foot on the rope it will help you get better leverage when you pull stuff in. You should also invest in a metal ice scraper so you can scrape the items off your magnet and not have to worry about something poking you. Enjoying the videos!

Get some muratic acid (pool acid red bottle) and dip your lock to free up internals and lube it up! Likely still works! I'm jealous of your spot! Such a wide variety of items!

The best way to clean the rust off of that lock and other things you find is to soak them in Line away for a day or so. It will take all the rust off and might even allow the lock to work again.

Those are most likely safes stolen from hotel rooms. A bit small for a bank.
