I remember my brother playing this album getting ready for school in the mornings. He had 2 cassette tapes. One that stayed in the boombox in our bedroom and one that stayed in his beater ford escort. God this brings back so many memories. My brother passed away from a brain aneurysm and Def Leopard brings back so many memories of him. Always pushed me to keep playing drums to be like Rick Allen. Miss you bro, we'll take another ride in the escort down main street blasting pour some sugar on me while we whistle at the girls again soon.

When this song starts.....memories coming flooding back. One of these days, I hope to meet Rick Allen and shake his hand to thank him for being such an enormous influence to me and my playing. Pyromania put a pair of drum sticks in my hands at 12 years old and 38 years later, I have been all over the US playing live and at 50 years old, still playing. Three drummers are responsible for that and Rick is one of them. He has inspired me (and many, many others) to keep going regardless of what life throws in our way. Thank you Mr. Allen and God bless you!
Phil gets better and better as time goes by. His guitar fills and leads had become more richer than before. Compliment by live backing guitar fills by Vivian.... Awesome duo ...👍👍 Def Leppard is and be always one of the best Rock Bands that had transited with times into the modern musical era...

I get choked up whenever I see Steve's image he was such an integral and talented part of the band. Vivian has done a remarkable job filling in where Steve left off and I know his spirit continues to shine down on Def.
What a lovely tribute to Steve the band have as a background behind them unlike most bands who’ve lost a member Def Leppard really are caring enough to do such a beautiful thing like that
One of the best bands ever created, and I am still forever amazed at how Ric can substitute his left leg for his left arm on drums. I just find it phenomenal and even more his mates in the band waited on him to comeback, not many others would
Def Leppard, you're the best band ever ! I have been listening to your songs for 30 years, which will never get bored ! If the Nobel Prize was given to musicians, you would not have received it once !
Боже мой! Какая песня! Даже не смотря на то, что мои кумиры постарели, я могу слушать их вечно и даже на этом живом концерте звучание и вокал Джо - супер. Песни идентичны студийным записям. Всё детство прошло с On through the night, Pyromania и Hysteria, я слушал их на кассетах почти каждый день, мне было 7 в 1983 году. Спасибо вам DEF LEPPARD за ваше творчество. Вы - история!
This is the best live version of the song Hysteria. I saw a live version of it in the US and it was horrible. It did not even sound like the song Hysteria! But this performance in London was Def Leppard! Awesome, beautifully performed for the crowd in London!

I really want to know how many of these people that say they "grew up in 80s" actually did... I find it highly unlikely that folks in their 50s comment on UA-cam 🤔
These guys wrote songs but they also gave us kids hope .love.joy. A timeline that will always be with me forever! I can be that kid every time I hear them. 56 years old yesterday but today I’m a time traveller today. Heroes
I'm still 22 and I admit these kinda songs are my favorite. Thanks to my father he introduced me to them. P.S I love you Dad, I miss you see you soon! 😍❤️
My god, this version absolutely jams. The best part of this video is when Rick looks at the camera, smiles and winks at the viewer. That man is amazing. The band never sounded so tight. 👏
You know, Def Leppard was one of my very first bands as a young person coming up in the inner city of Detroit there weren't whole lot of brothers listening to that kind of music. LOL but through the years the ups and downs the highs and the lows of this particular band I'll never stop being a fan of the music I'm 55 now and I still feel the Rock of Ages.
Challenge anyone to go pull up the studio recording of this song from 1987 and tell me you think Joe Ellott sounds better back then than he does now. He sounds better than he ever has! The man has taken care of his voice and his body, the entire band has really taken care of themselves. When you buy a ticket to go see Def Leppard live, you're not just paying for a nostalgic experience like so many 80s hard rock bands have turned into. They are all out of shape and the vocalist can barely bring anything... It is so refreshing to hear Def Leppard live, these guys still give it their all. Hats off to such an incredible, underrated band.
I am 67 years old and refuse to grow up we dealt with many hard times thank you God for the greatest bands this awesome bands made me forget reality God blessed them and thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️please keep doing what you are doing for ever❤️
One of the most enjoyable concert experiences was seeing them live during their first world tour for Pyromania along with Krokus and Queensryche. I have always thought the band was a class act.
I will never hear Def Leppard another way ever! Been listening to these guys since 1988 and loved them mostest. They were very young men back then. This is the first time I've heard them sing in recent years and boys have grown into fine looking and ever better sounding men!!! Phenomonal band!
It’s the humility of these guys that’s their key to success. They never forget where they came from nor do they take us (the audience) for granted! To overcome their adversities is nothing short of exceptional! They never made excuses and got in with it! Love these boys!
Two weeks until the London To Vegas release! Who's ready to rock it? 🤘

This band is just great . Lyrics and music. Beautiful .
Some of us youngsters found the good stuff…I’m 16 and absolutely love Def Leppard, AC/DC, you name it. I refuse to listen to anything else
Has there been another music group with an album with so many hits? They wrote rock music history with this album. Love it !
This song has a really beautiful meaning and no wonder why every time I listen to it makes me feel good. 😍❤️
Such an amazing song, what Phil does on the guitar is just beautifull to listen to.
Def Leppard.
Can we just all agree this is just possibly the best rock ballad ever?
Maybe, it's a Hell of a Song.
While I love Def leopard and this song I could argue that white snake takes the crown for best rock ballad!
It’s up there but I can’t go past November Rain and I’m a bigger Def Leppard fan then Guns n Roses
Pay close attention youngsters there's no music being made like this for your generation
It suck because this is amazing as a teen now, then today’s shitty music
Right you are sir!
Yes ! That’s so true
Your right. I've been listening to this all my life. One of my all time fav bands.
Steady, you may offend them !
The best song Def Leppard ever, thank you❤
The bank of Dave brought me here. I’d almost forgot what a great band this was, wow thanks Dave!
Вы моя молодость, Истерию сутками слушал, молодцы ребята, спасибо вам за ваш вклад искусства.
This video brings a lump to my throat, seeing the pictures behind. Steve 💔💔😢 gone but never forgotten
I am 67 years old and refuse to grow up we dealt with many hard times thank you God for the greatest bands this awesome bands made me forget reality God blessed them and thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️please keep doing what you are doing for ever❤️
Real music, real musicians, Def Leppard, I love you so much
One of the most enjoyable concert experiences was seeing them live during their first world tour for Pyromania along with Krokus and Queensryche.
My favorite rock band in the world
Def Leppard
Joe Elliott
Vivian Campbell
Rick Allen
Phil Collen
Rick Savage
RIP Steve Clark 🙏

Def Leppards music is a glorious sound track to my youth! Love these guys❣
A friend of mine introduced me to this band back in 2009, the best thing that guy did for me.
So far, what’s your favourite album???
A tv show named top of the pops introduced me to def leopard in 1980 I was 9. Favorite album high n dry favorite songs lady strange 🇬🇧
@@mattgibson7246 I dont think any other DL album can top Hysteria, in my opinion.
Absolutely, Darwaxion. By far, THE best album that Def Leppard ever recorded was Hysteria. That’s the album that got me hooked on them.
@@Darwaxion u had to b there when pyromania hit da street.. was comparable to hearing Eddie playing eruption for the first time imo
It’s the humility of these guys that’s their key to success. They never forget where they came from nor do they take us (the audience) for granted! To overcome their adversities is nothing short of exceptional! They never made excuses and got in with it! Love these boys!
Every time I see the drummer, I see the greatness of this band
