He might not have a fancy place or fancy tool but he is organized and neath..... That is an example of what we can achieve today with low tech..... Awesome guy 👍👍👌
I did a bit f casting when I went to engineering college. I love the adaptation and improvisation of this craftsman. He's obviously been doing it for a long time.
I am majoring in mechanical engineering and Sand Casting is a part of my course (Manufacturing Process) and this guy is a master in sand casting better engineer than I am I guess. He is using bike's brake handles as a source of aluminum amazing.
If this guy casts better than u, then u took a shitty course and u will end up being a shitty engineer. What he does is a standard procedure. Cool to watch but nothing special. That's how it is done and anybody else, probobaly except you would do the same. change ur college or retake the course at least!
@@BB1294ify He has been doing this since his childhood (most probably), he is more experienced than a newly graduated engineer. And its not only casting that an engineer has to study, but tons of other manufacturing processes as well, in short specified time. We can later on boost or skill by working in a foundry or some other industry.
How very disrespectful of you to assume that this man wants or needs anyones charity. He works for as living. I bet he has a lot more pride and honor than most of these youtube trolls feeling sorry for him.
Really sick of people gushing praise over people in the third world just doing basic tasks, this was what our ancestors did in the west a hundred years ago, we moved on, it doesn't mean we are less skilled than them.
Id like to know what his casting sand is made with? its got some sort of starch in it...? or oil of some kind... it burns and creates smoke against the hot aluminum
@@inequitas You are welcome. I was watching one of his video a year old one. Someone asked him about the sand recipe. His answer is. Sand and a little bit of molasses sugar and then it is placed in the sun light for a few hours. I hope you can get molasses. Here in Pakistan molasses could be found in a sugar mill. If not raw brown sugar is ok.
No wasted effort, efficient techniques ,simple tools ...a true craftsman/ artisan creating something useful and beautiful....just wonderful....check out 'Cesar Builds a Birchbark Canoe' an older Canadian film very much in the same vein.
Too bad you have to download the videos and watch them offline because youtube puts up thumbnail during the last half minute of each video! Thanks for uploading the videos of a very skilled caster!

Also deserves a new 3 dollar wife-beater, that one is 3 generations old!!!

BB1294ify what a disgusting dimwit you are to insult our friend like that.
What's "amazing" about a basic sand casting ? There are people in the West doing this just for a hobby far better than him.
