Pina Colada Cake

Recipe for Pina Colada Cake
Cake
15.25 box cake mix white or yellow
1 c of crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1/2 c vegetable oil
3 large eggs room temperature
Filling
15 ounces of cream of coconut
1/2 c pineapple juice
2 tsp rum extract
Frosting
3.4 ounces of instant coconut cream pudding mix
1 c whole milk
8 ounces of whipped topping
1/2 c crushed pineapple well drained
2/3 c of toasted coconut
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit in a greased 9X13 pan for 28 to 33 minutes
