  • I decided to build most of my own equipment. I am not the best handyman but I've watched enough you tube videos to get the job done and at a fraction of the cost most companies charge to do it for you. a manifold for a Softwash system can easily cost several hundred dollars to well over $1,000. I got these Hayward flow control ball valves with the FPM Body Seal Material for $52 bucks each. I then picked up a combination of stainless steel 1/2 pipe as well as schedule 80 PVC. sometimes the PVC costs just as much as steel so I got both and experimenting until I find the combination I like for the least amount. The manifold is from Home Depot for about $20. It has 4 1/2 inch inlets that flow into a 3/4 pipe which will allow it to mix better.a couple of check valves and male threaded pipe to hose bard from amazon and seal it all up with some teflon tape and or true blue thread seal and it will be done. I also got an aluminum cookie sheet from 10 gauge material for $34 this should work as the back plate to attach everything to. That's it guys. $150 for valves and a couple of bucks for random parts. why pay $350 for cheap pentair valve system of $800 to $1,000 for a GF valve system built by a pressure washing company? ok maybe you want the stickers/labels "soap" "water" chem" lol Hit me if you'd like me to custom build one for you.

Perfecto, don't know the reason in paying a grand for one of these, it's a just a regulator. This one came out just right.

@@KrakenPressureWashing I just got my set of KAPLAN 3/4 for the system that I'm trying to build. they are exactly like those of yours and looks like the GF.😁
I see that you are in FL, me too. do you have ways that we can communicate to exchange ideas about the projects?
