That Danny Green foul on Klay in the finals was pretty much the beginning of the end and the torn Achilles ensured Klay will never get back to 100% The fact that he came back and can still actually contribute is a testament to Thompson's incredible will power. I hope he works himself back into better shape both physically and mentally as the season goes on.
He’ll be ok, it’s a lot of basketball left.
And after that injury from the finals, he got another devastating injury a year after.
I hope it doesn't turn into a Victor Oladipo type situation where he loses his explosiveness and some speed. He's coming off two serious knee injuries in his 30s. I don't think he's a 100% yet.

What Kenny said means a lot. He said that the first 20 games after you win a championship those are tough so think back to when the Warriors won their first title with Steph they dominated those first 20 games the next year that was probably the greatest team stretch run I ever seen

If Kerr can manage Klay and Dray reasonably well, and somehow able to keep their egos in check, they have a chance to extend their dynasty. If not, Poole won't be the only one having more than a bloodied lip.

Love this crew! While I watch regular season games the real NBA doesn't begin until playoffs start. I expect to see both these teams in the playoffs. That is really going to tell the story if age is creeping up on the Warriors as Chuck has alluded to.

Yeah, I don't care for Draymond's antics, but that was a RIDICULOUS no call on that basket. Meanwhile touch fouls away from the basket was being called on the other end, creating easy free throw opportunities for the Suns.

I think Chuck is right. One of those younger guys needed to make up the difference. I honestly think the older guys should be able to take their feet off the gas a bit until playoffs. Poole, Kuminga and Moody should average 20+ this season.

The number of points scored against Warriors shows the things they need to work on - DEFENSE. Warriors can shoot - but those young guys do not know where to go. They be standing there and not switching on defense etc. It's game 4 out of 72, so nothing alarming. Not just Warriors but a lot of teams so far have had super wide point spread.
I think Kerr already know that. This is only 4 games. Got a long season ahead, they will step it up

i agree. he carried the ball with his right hand, and in that instant his dribble stopped then he switched it to his left hand then dribbled again. it just happened so fast that refs missed it completely.

Notice just before he drives from the 3pt line, he brings the ball in front of his body, passing it from right hand to the left. It almost looks like he dribbled a clean x-over, but you can see his left hand guiding the ball before it hits the floor.
