- Hello! Welcome to the "Tiny Tidy Tuesday" series.
In this series, on Tuesdays, I am collaborating with a group of like-minded ladies here on UA-cam and we are sharing with you a quick, tiny tidy of a space in our homes.
This week I’m getting sheets washed and my bed remade with fresh sheets- a tiny task that always seems like NO FUN but is SO WORTH IT! 😄

What a nice Tiny Tidy! I love that you found the sheet swapping method helpful! It's such a simple thing, but every time I do it, it feels like magic that my clean sheet "appears" on my bed with one less trip around 🥰💞

Loved the sheet tip!! I washed my sheets yesterday and there is something so great about sleeping on clean sheets!! The sleep is just better ❤. Your bed looks great and I love the Mr and Mrs above it! Thanks so much for sharing and have a fabulous day 💞xoxo💞

If I was still in that busy working mom stage of life, I'd probably use that sheet trick but I don't mind letting the bed air out since I don't wash the mattress protector every time. I love your new bedding!
I did have rust thought too! Sometimes I like to leave the mattress “naked” for a bit as well to let it air out. This works well- especially when I’m by myself or have lots of other things to get done.
I may have to try that sheet hack! Changing the king bed wears me out. ▫️I use a different method for pillow cases. I grab a corner and turn the pillow case inside out over that arm. Then, grab the corner of the pillow with the same hand holding the pillow case corner. Then, pull the pillowcase down over the pillow. It’s a much smoother action than I describe here. I learned this method from my aunt - who was a nurse. It keeps your face away from the pillows - and if your pillow is a tighter fit - it’s easier to get the case on it.

Hey Sara! Oh what a great idea on how to change the sheets. I go back in forth from side the side so many times to make the bed! It’s crazy. 💜
Me too! This was so much easier! However, I don’t always swap the sheets right away. Sometimes I wash and put back on but this worked so well.

A lot of times I wash and put the same set back on as well. Sometimes it’s good to let the mattress air out for a bit.

Yes- totally a dog mom hack. Yet some how the bead spread still get dirty 🤷🏼♀️ oh well. It’s on me for wanting white 😉
That is a great hack, and next time i make my bed on my own, i will try it. Usually i male hubby help me because it hurts the muscles on my arms [fibromyalgia].
Yes- it’s great when you are solo. I have my hubs help too just b/c it’s so much faster with 2 ppl! 🙂
Not sure I could handle the corner to corner thing for my bed, but my bed is also in the corner. 😂 I might try it for the back corner though, I normally lay them out flat, do the back corner, then work my way around...... but just pull the old sheet from standing at the side.
Yes- having a bed up against the wall may change things. It’s a harder bed to make that way, for sure.
