SCAMMER EXPOSED: My Video Game Stolen in a Scam!

Dear subscribers and viewers,
I'm deeply troubled to inform you that a subscriber of mine has used stolen video game assets to create a fake account, attempting to sell them for cryptocurrency. Please be aware that I am in no way associated with this scam, and I strongly advise against investing in this fraudulent activity.
Details of the Scam:
Recently, I discovered that someone has taken assets from my video game and is attempting to profit illegally by selling them on various cryptocurrency platforms. These assets belong to me the original creator and are being misused without my permission.

I am so sorry to hear this has happened. I think it is so sad for people to impersonate others. I have seen it happen a few times to other content creators too. There's no need for it honestly for people to pretend to be others and I hope MR Toast continues to grow behind the scenes. Hopefully that person being quite nasty will move on.

One thing you can do is to get a trademark and copyright for your game and studio if you haven't already so it won't get stolen. That way you can sue the person stealing your content harder and you holding that trademark basically means in the govs eyes that you own it (I might be wrong so someone correct me here if I am incorrect)
