Such a simple, but complex move.
not JORDAN related but reading through Mamba Mentality a while back. Kobe talked about studying the positions of the Referees, this was because they are positioned at specific areas of the court, because of this they would have blind spots, in which he identified and took advantage of by using those blind spots to do illegal moves, travels, double dribbles etc.
Is that relevant to your game? Lolololololol
@@toveychow3635 No, obviously it's likely something that only vets in the league use.
Which video?
Joseph Brooks It’s in his book called Mamba Mentality
Joseph Brooks www.cougarboard.com/board/message.html?id=22968212 here’s an article though

p.s. the training facility aka the yard looks epic!
I have been doing the move for a while but it was not perfect but now I get it
That court is crazy
Yo boi sticky garbage *house
Yeah he getting money money
Facts!
MJ is the GOAT!!!!
Paul talks about developing raw quickness in early ages and that you might not be able to increase quickness very mich after a certain age.
If I was very active playing tag and always playing soccer from age 3 to age 9 and then did almost nothing from ages 9 to 14,
would I then lose all of that developed quickness?
Bruh!!! You get a gold ⭐!!!
3:11 DAMN!!
Please breakdown his backdown dribble. I was always taught to bump with shoulders but jordan seems to bump with his back.
The green electric/glow is like your signature
🔥🔥🔥
But when are we gonna get a Strength Code program? 🤔
0 DISLIKES
That's what i like seeing
Is there any sort of personal coaching from PJF?
🎶🔥
Hello coach I watched podcast about fast twich fibers it has really good information but I just wanted to ask what exercises should I do for strength and what plyos should I do to ensure my progress will be best during off-season.? Thank you in advance 🏀🔥
Just invest in the vert code man
One thing i never quite understood is the lean back that's in the thumbnail. I'm sure he does it for a purpose but never seen anyone explain it.
Hakeem would do that hop scissor step also. He breaks it down quite nicely in those kobe training vids.
Probably for creating space
Can you guys make a free discount for the vert code body weight since its quarantine?
they did. 15%, it ended 1 and half weeks ago
I've got the program DM me on Instagram @davidjiba
@@thedavidji I did, can u share that program pls?
David Ji can you send it to me too?
@@thedavidji is that still yo name
Can you talk about that Negative Step in a seperate video
I would spend my life on that court
Heard of Goata Locomotives?
Hey Paul I’ve been having a lot discomfort in front of my shoulder when I’m benching or doing most push exercises, which I think is my rotator cuff. I tried pulling my shoulder blades back and down but this doesn’t really take the pain away when I’m lifting a pretty heavy load. Do you think this is just rotator cuff weakness or do you have any suggestions for fixing this?
Move grip slightly closer and keep elbows close to body. This should take load off front delts and put more load on triceps.
To all Basketball players, _this move,_ *_is the key to become the GREATEST_* and I will.
Bet
you got this champ
MJ: "You revealed my secret? OK, no problem..."
Is it worth it to practice post moves if u short?
Yes, look at CP3 or Fred Van Fleet they use their shortness to get leverage under taller guards and if you're shorter you're usually more thicc and can move guys
Please sir, tell me, a 42 y/o, all the things about Jordan’s game that I’ve known forever since Ive studied him since I was 8 years old.
MJ just took this personally.

Is that court at your house?
Yeah man. He getting money money lol
Not secret boy
Bet he’s a millionaire
Who the hell are the 2 idiots who disliked this video? xD
5:32 Did this immediately after watching you; grew two inches on my Ass: You sir ARE THE MASTER!! 😇😇😇😇😇😇😇
It's simple but he lifts his pivot foot most of the time. It's travelling, but the refs never called it.
Respect the game stop sitting on the freaking basketball!!!!!!!
Jordan wasn’t going to pivot turning over the left shoulder. Go watch Olajuwon and how far he steps on his fade-aways.
It also helps when you have mediocre defenders majority of the time. sift through a lot of MJ’s footwork and you’ll see what I’m talking about
Thank God you were not around when MJ was in his prime. Obviously nobody knew this before and probably you would have ruined MJ carrier.
