I REALLY LOVE WATCHING YOUR TUTORIALS YOU EXPLAIN THINGS NICE AND SLOWLY AND MAKE IT SO MUCH EASIER TO FOLLOW WHEN DOING THESE PROJECTS. I WILL BE WATCHING THE REST OF YOUR PROJECTS, REALLY ENJOYABLE. MARGIE FROM AUSTRALIA.
Another sewing project for my granddaughter - this Nanny is so happy to be sharing your tutorials with her - and you’re making it so enjoyable and EASY for her. Thank you for all you do
Beautiful work! Maybe this will help someone...You can use a steam iron and "block" the panel squares. Even works on the big ones. I have done it for years. I put my iron at the one corner, gentle pull on the opposite corner and steam. I do this until all is in place. Works like charm.
I don’t usually care about mug rugs but this one is so cute I want to see how to make some for myself and my friends.I want that panel, where can I order one, please?
Hi Loraine. This fabric does not have a specific fabric name, but it was created by Kim Schaefer for Andover Fabrics. I purchased at the Sewing & Quilting Center of So. Utah in St. George. There website is sewingquiltingcenter.com. Or you can go on the Andover fabric website. Thanks for watching and happy sewing.
hi good morning love all you tutorials. I learnt a lot from you.. I was having one problem the oven gloves are so thick that the needles keep skipping. I would like to know what size needle should I use?
Hi Shanti. It could be several different problems. When you buy a package of needles it says what type of fabric each needle is form. If you are sewing through heavy fabrics or many layers of fabric, try using the needle labeled for denim. Also, the needle you are using should be changed often because they wear out. If you are using thread that is too thick for the eye of the needle, that could also cause problems. Make sure you clean the bobbin area after you are finished sewing for the day. Thread dust collects and causes problems. Here is a video of mine on rulers and needles. ua-cam.com/video/p18U9XaOj3o/v-deo.html Thanks for watching and happy sewing.
