Omgosh! You are the first person I have seen to actually put a design on the INSIDE of a card!! I love it!!! I always put at least a pattern paper inside. Also, I love that you said if things are bothering you, you’re getting frustrated, just WALK AWAY! I have frustrated myself to the very end and then wished I had walked away! Thank you for being so honest and patient… I love your videos! 😊❤ Both demonstrations were beautiful!!!
I just have to say I am enjoying your videos so very much I’m an older lady with A lot of time on my hands and have been making cards for about two years and have learned so much from you thank you
Stunning card Tina! I LOVE the mushroom story! What a hoot! "Take a trip and never leave the farm"! Oh my, we're showing our age! And I'm CONFIDENT I'm older than you (rofl)! hugs, gr
I enjoyed your story about mushroom picking. I too miss my mushroom picking days as a child. I lived in western Pennsylvania in the US and we would go in the spring time looking for Myrtle mushrooms. There’s a few different names for them. They’re found under Poplar trees and look like a triangular-shaped corn cob in beige, brown, and black hues. They blend in well with the earth making them hard to spot. For every mushroom you find there’s a mate nearby so you’d get two for one. They are delicious and also a delicacy. Years ago I heard they were selling for $500.00 per pound.
Wow! I loved reading your story. Thanks so much for sharing. I've not heard of these mushrooms before. $500/lb! Holey. I thought we were in the money when pine mushrooms were $100/lb lol. Xoxo
I truly enjoyed these techniques! And about your mushroom card and "enjoy the journey", I am a child of the sixties and oh, Lordie, I could send this card to oh so many, many friends! I had a good laugh, too! Thanks for everything. Peace.
As always, loving the cards. ❤ Thank you for creating and sharing them with us. 😊 And I would love to see the video footage for the mixed media vibe card you showed us.
Thanks Gina. Sadly, I've not been about to find the video, except for little bits at the end. It looks like I deleted it for good. I'll make a new one soon!
No only Morels in Michigan. We had some growing in our orchard and found them in the woods around our home. I have been given Morels in Oregon that were near Lake of the Woods and found some by accident in the foothills near Fresno, California. Both kinds had a black surface over the light tan of the Michigan color. My mother would rinse /soak them in salt water then saute in butter. Another way she would make a gravy with them. We would eat either way with mashed potatoes! Yummy yummy! @@Serenestamper

Stamp is fun but don't eat them.. we picked asparagus growing in large open field.. Do the markers stain folder. I've used ink but I'm paricular about keeping my folders clean looking 😊
Did it again Tina. Great video. Love the "watercolor" embossing folder idea. I've tried the embossing with a die before, now I know why it did not work, so thank you for that. Take care.
I have the heat and stick powder and I’m not sure what I was going to make when I originally bought it, but now I’ll just have to buy gold leafing…what other techniques do you use the heat and stick powder for? Very pretty card project, thanks for sharing

Where do you get your die magnets?
What keeps the die from cutting the paper and yet able to emboss
Hi Linda. It's a hybrid embossing folder, which is made for die cutting at the same time!
Beautiful sample Tina.
Did you have a new model haircut, or did you straighten it?
Did you attempt OnStage by the way.?
Hi Wilma. I just straightened my hair. I wasn't able to attend OnStage this year, due to other commitments.
❤
