Dr Shetty is a great man but I don't think telling people to be spiritual is very professional advice. That is a personal thing that has no basis in fact and has no direct affect on a person's physical health.
my neighbour who was 35 years old, was a gst commissioner in uttar pradesh.....used to live on rent....he was assigned supervision of 1 nearby hospital during covid times......he got sick with covid, became so tense, that he died from a heart attack....sometimes spirituality brings you the calmness and a belief that there is someone who can still save you...to some people it can give some positive energy when you dearly need some...
