The F5 is Oppo's take on "bezel-less" phones in the midrange segment.
This phone's powered by the Mediatek Helio P23 chip and comes in two RAM/Storage variants - 4GB/32GB and 6GB/64GB.
The Oppo F5 comes with a 16 MP camera with F1.8 aperture and phase detection autofocus.
The selfie camera of the Oppo F5 uses a relatively large 1/2.8" sensor with 20 MP, with F2.0 aperture.
The Oppo F5 runs on Color OS 3.2 out of the box, built on top of Android 7.1 Nougat.

The name of Oppo 5 reminds me Oppo Find 5 (one of the first 1080p phones). Long gone those days when oppo used to be an innovative company.

I use a Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 and I love Xiaomi but I've also had my eye on Oppo for a while and this phone looks gorgeous. It seems like just the phone I've been asking for and if the price is low enough, it might be the one to make me make the transition to Oppo.
imo, these oppo and vivo reviews might gather a lotta views to your channel, as these brands are still talked about a lot. i myself am seeing a lot of people buy this. so you might wanna do some more videos centered around these phones, bro. that'd be my suggestion.
Ash ..honestly.. could this phone will be a good daily driver? Or it hangs in multitasking? Are you impressed with it? Does the processor makes the difference in performance in it?
I would rather go for miA1 or probably honour 9i.
Bought it a week back!! In my opinion it's value for money 200%. Camera is super good... Can't believe it's a 10,000 Thai baht phone when I see the quality. It's about time we stop bragging about micro USB. The charging system is oppo is great. 40% in first 30 mins. Full 100% in 2 hours. But you see, you should not charge 100% always to increase battery longevity. The most important thing is it consumes battery extremely slowly. That media tek chip works much better than snapdragon 625. Phone is snappy fast... No issues at all. Besides, already got 1 update...
Too good of a phone within 20,000 Indian rupee in my opinion.
I like it very much! Not expensive but you can line it with iPhone x, galaxy note 8 which can give the same feature even the latest xiaomi unit.
i think the OP5T will take design cues from this phone, at least as far as the display/bezels go.

Not just selfies Oppo phones have better cameras than any other phones in the same price segment or even more!! I m using OP3T and my mom has F3 and the F3 clicks much better pictures with both front and rear camera both in terms of colors and details!!!

It's not a bad phone. But, comparing to price and specs it is costlier with 20000 INR.
If Oppo provides snapdragon 625 or 630, would be a better option for many.
It has all the great features except chipset, charging port, internal storage. Of course, they are very important features needed to buy a smartphone.
I don't know why Oppo is not concentrating on providing best possible features with that price tag.
Price should be around 15000 INR for this kind of smartphone.

oppo sells more via offline mode and in small cities and towns more where shopkeepers earn margins by selling them . so usb port is not type c but normal one as type c is not that general in those areas for now. that's how oppo works . oppo knows his customers.
