Oh yes definitely 3 existences going on. Cabins are proof, especially the paintings. Cabin A 🔴 changeling stirring pot painting Cabin B 🔵 angel on stretcher painting Cabin C🟣 (liminal space) is a combination with the changeling on the stretcher
2 realities then the space in between. There’s only two dots on the screen Henry is studying. 😢 then the liminal space in between like what was explained in earlier episodes
@@NFINTTERNTY I think it has to be more than two realities or they are are not doing a good job when we are in the liminal spaces. Not including the cabin stuff, because a lot of it is creepy and liminal....let's take a look: Let's call the reality we start with on the ISS. In that reality, Jo, Paul, Henry, Irene and the CAL all exist...Reality A. In the reality Jo lands in, they all exist as well...only Paul is dead...and it is clearly not the one she started in...Reality B. In the reality Paul lands in, only he and Jo exist...with Jo being dead...Reality C. I won't argue the whole Henry is Bud thing...they are two different characters for this series. None of these three realities had the liminal feel to them. I am beginning to think that Alice might be the only one that is truly entangled and she either creates or is trapped in the liminal spaces...but, she also seems to be able to move between the realities...and allowing the other affected people to peer through the 'doors' or 'windows' she creates. All other characters seem to exist in each reality, with Paul's wife switching names in some.
I’ve watched this very carefully and it looks like both cabin have both painting, but they’re swapped locations. One has the ‘wounded angel’ being carried by 2 people facing the door and changeling to the right. The other has the changeling facing the door and the wounded angel to the right.
Cliffhanger? I was thinking this felt like a single season series… probably hoping. I’ve been enjoying these series that are basically an 8 hour film 🎥
I'm just assuming we are getting more season since this isn't listed as a limited series. But you know if they do make another season, you can just pretend that it does exist, lol
Anthony, truly great job on your reviews, theories, and details. I'm really enjoying Constellation as well as your smart and insightful analysis. Keep up the great work!
The image of the CAL experiment shows two circles with a bar that appears to shift between the two, so I agree with people that there are 3 timelines and the 3rd one is how people move between the two.
If I remember correctly from episode 1, the body next to Jo bleeds from the eye. Paul lost an arm, so maybe the body that Jo brought back is the other version of her
I'm catching up here... Cliffhanger -- I very much hope you are wrong about that. I recall a few years ago sitting through a whole (first) season of some awfulness called 'The OA', and only because my brain felt it needed some sort of explanation (it was that kind of story)...but the final episode ended on a cliffhanger and provided no answers at all. I felt totally conned, and resolved not to waste a moment more on season 2 etc.
I don't think Paul was working closely with her. The CAL was an RPL (Henry) experiment carried out by NASA (Paul) so they we're working together. I don't think Irena is involved in the CAL experiment so Paul might not notice her absence.. What I want to know is who is sitting in the middle seat during the deposition... Paul's head obscures whoever it is during the interview
It’s because Paul is in 2023 Red and Jo is in 2021 Blue. Irena is in 2021. You can see this in the deposition video time stamps. Also, cruise ship Bud is in 2021 per the Benrie Con Poster. So bend on this… this means there’s 4 realities
I believe there are 3 timelines and it is yellow as lot of yellow this episode. That confuses things more for us but bring it on! I love stuff like this.
3? Lets not limit this awesome mind bender, there could be 4😅 If you look at the timestamps of recorded videos and posters in the episodes: In ep3 Blue reality’s deposition video it shows 10/14/2021, In ep6 deposition video, it shows 2023. So there’s red 2021, red 2023, blue 2021, blue 2023
Why the hell would something like the ISS be designed where you’d need a second person to press a lousy button? That’s is so dumb like they wouldn’t have several different ways to disconnect. Also while in space everything that is not presently being in use is stowed just to n case. Two really dumb mistakes of real things.
I think Alice doesn't need the necklace, although it is significant in some other (currently unclear to me) ways. Alice is entangled with Jo and Paul (and the CAL) because of the FaceTime call she was doing. Paul was also talking with Henry at least on one reality which may have further entangled Henry in the whole thing!
I agree with your switching dimensions. This episode made it clear. My takeaway is that Paul always die doesn't matter what dimension 😂 and Bud/Henry is a murderer everywhere. My question is, how is it that Alice is able to see this? Is she in the third reality since she was in the call so she also was affected by the CAL?
Yeah, I think she is able to see the other realities because she was "there" on the iPad when everything went down. I do wonder why the rest of the crew are not affected though
My spouse theorizes that this Paul is military (hence his behavior). And the Paul he took over for was not military or as distant from people (hence why everyone is weirded out MORE by his behavior).
They didnt switch realities - they switched consciousness...thats why Jo can play piano now --- shes in the wrong body. Yellow is key. Thats the merged reality. Branched reality, if u will
@@AnthonyTurner it’s why her eye hurts randomly. Her consciousness is in a new body but she feels things from the other body that’s hers… that’s why she can play piano. Dude it’s really not that confusing. There’s two realities. Alive and dead joe. 2. Then there is the liminal space. The space in between. They’ve explained everything we need to know about 2 realities and the quantum entanglement effect. THe only question is who is the person on the ISS pushing the button. Possibly alive/dead joe. We only have 2 episodes left! Let me know what you thought of episode 6. Thanks for the support!
This one was crazy and I loved it, best episode yet. I'm a sucker for what if/alternative realities and such.

Why Paul didn't ask where is and Irene? She is from his reality too. He asked only for Henry
I noticed that too- when the other guy was doing his investigation interview (when it should have been Irene)
Good question. I could have found out she died in that reality, and that would have really messed him up.
I don't think Paul was working closely with her. The CAL was an RPL (Henry) experiment carried out by NASA (Paul) so they we're working together. The ISS doesn’t get hit by the cosmonaut in this universe. You can see her cruise past, nearly colliding in a later shot.
Good catch!

There's at least 3 realities. 2 with a CAL, 1 without. I think there may actually be 4 (or more?)

My question is, how is it that Alice is able to see this? Is she in the third reality since she was in the call so she also was affected by the CAL?
She was an observer in one of the realities of the experiment. She witnessed it. On the iPad so it connected her.
Yeah, I think she is able to see the other realities because she was "there" on the iPad when everything went down. I do wonder why the rest of the crew are not affected though

isn't it sad that t'writers felt it necessary to baseline it all down to a red and a blue universe? such a great premise wasted
