This video came about because I found one compilation on youtube but it was missing a lot, so I gathered much more content and voila! A compilation fit for youtube!

If they bring back some of these old scents... I might have a crazy trip down memory lane. Scent is the strongest sense tied to memory. And lots of these scents might be time to some moments of my childhood in the 90s. Like when I smell playdoh I suddenly remember the 2nd grade in detail.

The first half of this compilation has commercials that start with something you normally wouldn't see talking in real life (anthropomorphic object) asking to refill the Glade Plug-ins. Then, they end each commercial with the anthropomorphic object doing the jingle. The second half is some random commercials showing how the Glade Plug-ins works. As for the jingle, it's sung by a voiceover. So, you can definitely tell this compilation has a sort of secret transition here.
Indeed. I wanted to start off with the anthropomorphic stuff and finish off with the more classic, less fun commercials. Good eye :)
Holy cow... the commercial at 2:20 was done by Will Vinton Studios according to the watermark... they made the wonderfully weird claymation film "The Adventures of Mark Twain," one of my favourites growing up. He's probably more famous for the California Raisins, but that movie was a game-changer for me creatively.

This is missing the original one - which I produced, sang on, and played guitar on. I was a staff jingle guy in Chicago from 1979-1993 and a studio guitarist/singer. The late great johnny Frigo played country fiddle on it. The ad agency bought the rights for the Crash Craddock tune "Rub It In."
