- Just a little walk around of my newly finished 1M body.
Isnt quite finished yet as i still have the exhaust and diffuser to fit however that is being done very soon.
Next few videos will be mods that i have ready for the 1M body so if youd like to see those feel free to subscribe!

All OEM BMW panels and parts bar the rear arches that were from Jay Meadows. (Jay Meadows Rear Flares)
Apex EC7 9.5J ET22 All round.
265 / 35 / 18 Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 All round.

I wish i did buddy but the body shop didnt want to show me anything until it was all complete for a suprise.
I do have photos of them over on my instagram which is Jacks_E82 though if that helps but i dont have any videos unfortunately no as i had them professionally fitted / full car painted!

Where’d you get the black door handles inside
They were custom carbon skinned buddy and then the handles painted gloss black. From a company in the UK called ProjectCarbon
Where can i buy the rear arch/fenders? would love to start a conversion on my m235
Theyre specifically for the 1 Series E82 Coupe Buddy, as theyre a direct mould of the 1M rear arches. They link up with the side skirts and the rear bumper.
I dont think theyll fit the M235i for that reason, as the rear quarters / side skirts / bumper are a different shape.
I do believe there are direct kits for the M235i's though as ive seen quite a few myself.
The most common one being this one : autoid.co/products/wide-body-kit-for-bmw-m235i-m240i-2014-2020-f22-f23 (not sure if thats the best price for that kit but thats the kit ive seen that looks quite nice!)

Theyre Apex EC7 buddy, and i got them because you can buy Apex wheels in the perfect fitment without needing spacers etc.
I also had Apex ARC8 on my standard body E82 and theyre customer service / product was great so i wanted to use them again.
Putting 4x4 to shame with that suspension mate 😂

Hi mate, sick build. Where is the bodyshop that did your rear arches and also painted this car?
Theyre no longer in business as a body shop mate, i believe my car was the last job they were taking on and they converted to a mechanics. Im not sure where the painters / body work people went unfortunately
@@jackse82 Can I ask what did you do with the front pdc for this? did your 135i not have it from factory or did you code it out when fitting the 1m front bumper?
@@Luke-kp1px No worries mate! I didnt have front PDC, however when i bought the parts from BMW i spec'd rears, not fronts.
But you can choose when buying the parts if it comes with the PDC direct from BMW!
@@jackse82 i’m still undecided on doing pdc delete. What are your thoughts on it as someone with the rears only?
@@Luke-kp1px I mean I could live without it to be honest. The rears are obviously more helpful but yeah it's not an issue to me. If youve got them front and rear id personally keep them just incase as it may save you at some point if you haven't seen something. Or at least keep the rears if youre thinking about removing the front. Thats what id do personally

How much did the whole process of transforming to a 1M cost you? I’m definitely getting an E82 135i as my next car
If you want to get all the parts from BMW, which is all panels and undertrays etc, along with painting, exhaust and wheels to fit the wider body of the 1M, then you are looking over £10K.
If you go down the fibreglass panels route, im pretty sure a company called M style, will do the panels / exhaust and the conversion for under £10K, i think around £6-8K but dont quote me.
However ideally you want all the genuine bits from BMW as everything just fits so much nicer. Only thing i have that isnt genuine is the rear arches, however im debating doing the full rear quarters in the future haha. If you want exact figures pop me a message on insta @Jxcks_E82

Be nice to see video on all the work being done . Not just a walk around mate.
Thats what ill be doing with all the future mods that ill be doing myself, such as carbon splitter, carbon boot, carbon side skirts & other bits and bobs that ive got on order!
However i cant really film anything im not doing myself, such as painting the car and fitting the 1M panels, and building a custom exhaust etc! As that was all done by a professional body shop and exhaust shop.
But got lots of stuff on order that i should definitely be able to sort myself!
