Nataline Ismail it’s bad translation. In Korean, there is no word for tan, there’s only white and black. So when someone is tan, they say they’re black. There’s no ill intent

Because they keep their skin pale which keeps them looking young. In the US, people are tanning which creates wrinkles and bad skin. Basically keep from UV rays if you want to look young.

But your natural skin tone is gorgeous and beautiful. Please dont change just for some standards. If you dont know the reason. Pale skin is desired cuz it means you havent been working outside in the fields. Pale skin is also a lot of work, you can get hyper pigmentation so easily. You are beautiful either way!
