Milo Ice Cream
Ingredients
2 pack (250ml) All-Purpose Cream, chilled overnight
1 Big Can (300ml) Condense Milk (You can add less depends on how sweet you want it)
8 sachet (22g) Milo
TOPPINGS
Mini Marshmallows
Two tone chocolate Droplet
Chocolate Sprinkles
Rainbow Sprinkles
Procedure
1. In a bowl beat cream over high speed until it double in volume. Add condensed milk. Beat again until the condensed milk is well incorporated into the cream.
3. Add milo and beat again until well combined. Fill mixture into an ice cream cups. Tap to flatten top of ice cream. Top ice cream with sprinkles, mini marshmallow or chocolate chips. Cover and freeze in the ref overnight.
Yields: 22 pieces
