What are Hall Effect joysticks? How do they differ from analog?
Hall Effect joysticks are a type of joysticks that use magnets and electrical conductors to measure their position, distance, and movement when in use. Unlike standard analog sticks, which use electrical resistance to detect movement, Hall Effect joysticks have no physical contact between the moving parts. This means that they do not wear out easily, and they do not develop stick drift, which is a common pain point for gamers. Stick drift is when the stick starts to behave unpredictably and causes unwanted movement in your game.
The term Hall Effect itself comes from the physicist who first discovered this phenomenon, Edwin Herbert Hall. In 1879, he observed that a voltage difference was generated across a conductor when it was placed in a perpendicular magnetic field. This voltage difference, or Hall voltage, is caused by the force that the magnetic field exerts on the moving electric charges in the conductor. The Hall Effect can be used to measure the type, number, and properties of the charge carriers in different materials, as well as to detect the presence of a current or a magnetic field. - Ігри

I'm gonna be honest it looks cheap looking but the features are top tier
Yeah it doesn’t feel like an Elite Series or Pro controller by any means but can’t argue with the value for the features it offers.

Hi Draiden! No they won’t come off but they won’t do anything until you set a macro anyway so if you accidentally press them nothing happens. Hope this helps.
Does the controller work for mobile emulation like yuzu and does it work for COD mobile?

Hey Marc! There should be no issues with either of those uses. However I haven’t tried myself with COD mobile and Yuzu emulation. Yuzu on windows pc yeah? If I get the chance to try I’ll reply to this comment and let you know.

I downloaded and tested COD Mobile and once you get past the tutorial it definitely works. Phone and game just recognize it as a PS4 controller. I can’t test yuzu on Android but if a ps4 controller works so will this.

I have medium to large sized hands and I find it comfortable. You ever held an Xbox controller and seen how comfortable that is for you?

It’s a relatively new brand with a switch product and PS4 product so not surprised most people would not have heard of this.

Hi @WildPandaOnTwitch! Yes it works wirelessly but be aware that it works just like a PS4 controller so only works on PS4 versions of games not PS5 versions.

Does Steam detect the extra buttons?
Hey Geenaxion! You referring to the paddles at the back? Yes, in the demo with Street Fighter I’m using Steam on my PC.
Any of the other buttons work just like PS4 controller since that’s how it appears in Steam / Windows.
Since the macro/ Paddles are all programmed on the controller I imagine they will work on anything that recognises the controller.

@LovingTechLife i mean if Steam recognized them as a separate button, and you can remap the back paddles via Steam Input?
To remap them, for example, on a keyboard button.
Will this controller work on ps5 games ?
Hi Ryk unfortunately not, it’s effectively a PS4 controller so only works on PS4 games on PS4/PS5 consoles.

Hey @NickolasOliveira! Yeah so like a PS4 Dualshock4 controller works with a PS5. Can’t use them for PS5 games only the PS4 games. Exception is you connect to your mobile for remote play and then you can use the controller on your mobile while playing PS5 games remotely.
im really interested in this controller but im afraid of input delay and jitter cause of the old bluetooth gen because i wana buy it for ps4

Watch more than 12 review videos and gather the most frequently reported observations along with some observations I made.
Follow the list. In doing so, this controller has everything to become the definitive and best joystick of all time.
[1] Add textures to the back
[2] Make the rear paddles removable
[3] Add an "ON/OFF" trigger stop system to the triggers. Similar to "scufgaming" controls
[4] Change the design of the rear paddles. From "butterfly" to "hex paddles"
[5] Make the "D-PAD" more like the PS4's "D-PAD". Best for fighting games
[6] Make the "L2/R2" buttons softer
[7] Further improve the accuracy of sticks for FPS games
[8] Implement an option to reduce the intensity of the LED bar so that it does not reflect on the TV
[9] Implement an option to COMPLETELY turn off any and all lights/LEDs/RGB on the control. Including the touchpad.

Sorry. This controller not good for fps games. Because polling rate 10ms-8ms. So there will have delay when u want to flick shoot. But for single player games. Its worth it. Many functions and very affordable 👌i own this but i feel not responsive when i play battlefield 5 when i want to flick shoot. Then i watch people review and testing. That where i know why it feel abit delay or not accurate (not sure about accurate). Bye

The Polling Rate is about 5 - 6ms (Wired Connection)
but the Blutooth is so bad in this controller, its so laggy and not responsive in the Bluetooth. i recommend the play wired connection with his controller.
