500 gr spinach
1.5 kg potatoes
1 onion
1 carrot
Some oil
For frying
Salt, black pepper
Fry all the ingredients
2 tablespoons all porpose
350 ml milk
50 gr cheddar cheese
Some red pepper above!
Bake at preheated oven at 180 grade C for 30 min !
