Two things I did not like was the shower surround, and what were the floors made of. And can you get this house built else where in Florida? What about wall ovens and counter top ranges?

Great question!!!! Unfortunately for this neighborhood there isn't an option for gas. There are some things you can do to add gas to the property ( burying a tank) but imo it's not always worth it. Better off buying something in neighborhood with gas already established.
That is a great question my friend!! In Real Estate all sellers agree to pay a buyer's agent commission and the buyers will pay all the lender fees and costs associated with the loan. When you hire an agent like myself as a buyer's agent we both sign a legal agreement that ensures that you get full fudiciary representation on your purchase no matter the seller! They do not unless you buy a model home that they are offering the furniture along with the home.

Yes it's in Clermont right off of Highway 27 where the Sawgrass Bay Elementary school is.
Think it's a 175 thousand home. They are trying to pass off as 260 thousand home.
