@@mike856ms Yes, any dirty pots that were used for cooking you should just turn around and put it in the sink. Also, the sink is ok where it is because when the dishes are being pick up from the main table or if they eat at the counter, all dirty dishes will just stay in that area and bend over and place them inside the dishwashing machine....

The one thing I learned from having the upstairs open to the downstairs is one a/c unit will never cut off when living in a hot climate area! I will never buy a house like that in the south again!
Great point and it used to be worst in the past but today the homes are alot more efficient because of the improvements in insulation and roof barriers so it's not as bad as one might think.
I would hope so😁 My house had 3 units. The point I was trying to make is that the upstairs unit will run 85% of the time because all the heat would rise to the ceiling making the upstairs unit run nonstop most of the time. 😊
Hi! love all your videos. This house is nice. I love the double Islands the master bedroom could have been some what larger for the cost of the house. I do not necessarily need a pool. if anything I would like to have is just to have a spa on the outdoor with the outdoor kitchen 😃 and it needed more closet space for the him. I love all the movies but if I had to pick it will be The Incredibles 2 😂😂 but overall it was very nice house looking forward to seeing more videos. You know I honestly don't know. I assumed it was like this in most places in the country. I know some builders offer a "California closet" upgrade but it's usually so expensive that no one ever gets it.

For a house to be in the $700,000 the bedrooms are very small even the master bedroom. The best part of the house is the kitchen. Even the theater and game room looked like a after thought.

Small pantry, needs a pot water filter. That opened space upstairs needs to be a office. Stairs are too steep. Master bedroom needs to be bigger and the closet needs to be larger . Too much money don't like.
There's so many reasons to cover over text but just to name a few. You get someone who knows the real estate market and who could advise you on certain options to help increase your chances of resale in the future. And I look at so many houses you could probably just tell me exactly what you're looking for and I can point you in the right direction saving you alot of time and energy. Also these new home reps will tell you anything just to get you to go with their builder so you need someone with experience to fact check them. We also take all the sales pressure from them. We know the sales stats so when they say "oh we are selling like crazy" I will know for sure. Also I have relationships with alot of the builders already so if we need to make any special requests they are more likely to comply because they want me to keep bringing more clients to them.
Maybe its just me but it seems like he points out a lot of negatives....not enough closet space in the master, the master isn't that big, there are sliding doors instead of pocket doors, they could have taken the shower glass up to the ceiling, the rooms/bathroom on the second floor, the price being where it is etc. I can appreciate the transparency, but sheesh!
