Melvin Anthony is an amazing person!!! In 2004 I was taking a class at SBVC and I was required to do a full report on Physical Fitness including a written report, oral report, and a demonstration report. My Professor at the time was on the Football coaching staff and I was a player on the team. He referred me to Melvin for advice being that he was a former player there as well. I reached out to Melvin and to my surprise, he came and served as a guest speaker for my demonstration report in my class. He played a video of his routine, spoke about his journey, and also passed out posters to the whole class of himself holding up a car frame!!!!! Thank you Melvin, I got an A+

Ive been working my way up to 500 leg extentions and 500 leg curls for the past 2 months and for the first time i did all 500 super set back to back without stopping. Also the first time i ever puked during a workout. It was an honor jb. I thank god for the motivation u sent towards me. I wasnt even mad i thanked god mid puke. Bathroom looked like a crime scene straight red kool aid.
John Brown !. I rember my cusine hade picture of you on wall at 70s, and my cusine was champion on weit lifting many time in Yugoslavia. And becouse of my cusine was power lifting and Bodybuilder I was love that to. and begin bodybuilding at age 15 . 1984. And i rember your picture at that time great body every muscle looks something its not posibel to bild like this, so beutiful looks your body. You look great John. And wish to you many many healthy years 😃
Mr. Brown I have a 5 year old turning 6 in December and I want to know what should I do for him to workout his legs. How often d should I work him out at his age?
